TEXTORITY PROHIBITED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES POLICY
Last Updated: September 30, 2026
This Prohibited Products and Services Policy (the “Policy”) applies to textority.com, text.me, text.to, lets.talk, the Textority web platform, and related websites and online services made available by Textority Inc. through which a User creates, promotes, offers, sells, purchases, funds, books, subscribes to, delivers, or facilitates a Creator Offering.
1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
1.1 What this Policy does. This Policy identifies products, services, transactions, and activities that are prohibited, restricted, or conditionally permitted through the Services.
1.2 Who this Policy applies to. This Policy applies to every User whose conduct relates to a Creator Offering or transaction, including Creators, Creator entities, Channel owners, professionals, businesses, brands, Creator Team Members acting within assigned permissions, and End Users who purchase, fund, request, or facilitate an offering.
1.3 What this Policy covers. This Policy applies to free and paid Creator Offerings, Digital Content, Creator Services, subscriptions, memberships, bookings, courses, communities, communications, Textority AI or automation configurations, checkout, payments, and linked or embedded flows when the Services are used to fund, deliver, or facilitate the activity.
1.4 Substance controls. Classification depends on what an offering actually does, not only on its title, disclaimer, category label, or marketing description. A prohibited or restricted activity may not be disguised as education, coaching, consulting, membership, digital content, a donation, community access, or another permitted category.
1.5 Independent off-platform activity. This Policy does not regulate unrelated lawful business that a Creator conducts independently outside the Services. It does apply where Textority features, transactions, communications, or delivery are used to facilitate an activity covered by this Policy.
1.6 Not legal advice. This Policy states what Textority supports. It does not determine that an activity is lawful merely because Textority permits it, and it does not relieve any User of an independent legal or professional duty.
2. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER TEXTORITY TERMS
2.1 Additional Terms. This Policy is Additional Terms under Section 30 of the Textority Terms of Service.
2.2 Other terms continue to apply. The Terms of Service apply to every User. The Creator Terms apply to Creators and Creator Team Members as stated in those terms. Applicable payment, payout, refund, subscription, payment-dispute, delivery, marketplace, privacy, AI, messaging, intellectual-property, safety, and Regional Terms also continue to apply within their subject matter when made available and applicable.
2.3 Defined terms. Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given in the Terms of Service or Creator Terms.
2.4 Order of precedence. The order of precedence in Section 30 of the Terms of Service applies. This Policy controls only for its specific prohibited-products-and-services subject matter.
2.5 Mandatory law. Nothing in this Policy limits a non-waivable right or overrides applicable law.
2.6 Disputes. Section 29 of the Terms of Service governs dispute resolution between a User and Textority. This Policy does not create a separate arbitration or dispute-resolution system.
3. TRANSACTION, CREATOR, AND PROVIDER ROLES
3.1 Creator responsibility. Unless Textority expressly identifies itself as the substantive provider of a particular offering, the Creator creates or supplies the Creator Content and supplies, performs, delivers, supports, and stands behind the Creator Offering.
3.2 Transaction-specific seller and payment roles. For a paid Creator Offering, the applicable Transaction Terms, checkout, order confirmation, receipt, Payment Terms, and payment-provider configuration determine material transaction roles. This Policy does not designate Textority as merchant of record, contracting seller, payment recipient, or payment facilitator for every transaction.
3.3 External classifications. Contractual labels do not override a statutory, tax, payment-network, acquiring-bank, or payment-provider classification whose elements are actually met.
3.4 Textority may decline a category. Textority may prohibit or restrict a category even where the activity is lawful in a particular jurisdiction. Lawfulness is a necessary condition for use of the Services, but it does not create a right to use Textority or a payment provider for the activity.
3.5 Approval is limited. Textority approval is not legal advice, professional certification, endorsement, payment-provider approval, or a guarantee of continued eligibility.
4. CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM
4.1 Prohibited. A Prohibited category may not be offered, advertised, promoted, purchased, funded, booked, subscribed to, delivered, facilitated, or processed through the Services. A User may not obtain ordinary category approval for a Prohibited category.
4.2 Restricted. A Restricted category may be offered only after Textority grants the required prior written approval and all stated conditions are satisfied. Conditions may include identity or business verification, beneficial-owner information, licensing or credential review, jurisdiction review, payment-provider approval, additional terms, buyer or age limitations, enhanced disclosures, reserves, feature restrictions, or other reasonable controls.
4.3 Conditionally Permitted. A Conditionally Permitted category may generally be offered without special category approval only if every stated condition and all applicable Textority terms, laws, professional rules, and provider requirements are satisfied.
4.4 No implied approval. A Restricted category is not approved merely because it appears in this Policy, another Creator offers something similar, general onboarding was completed, a payment was initially processed, a listing was visible, or Textority did not immediately remove it.
4.5 Reclassification. Textority may reclassify a category or specific offering based on its actual substance, jurisdiction, audience, claims, delivery model, payment risk, safety risk, fraud history, provider requirements, or changes in law.
4.6 Representative categories. The categories and examples in this Policy are representative, not exhaustive. The absence of an activity from this Policy does not mean it is permitted.
4.7 Most restrictive rule controls. If an offering falls into more than one category, the most restrictive applicable classification controls.
4.8 Free activity is still covered. Offering something without charge does not make a prohibited activity permitted.
5. ILLEGAL, DECEPTIVE, OR UNSUPPORTED ACTIVITY
5.1 Illegal activity. You may not use the Services to offer, sell, promote, purchase, fund, deliver, or facilitate an activity that is illegal where the Creator is located, where the End User is located, or where the activity is marketed, delivered, or performed.
5.2 Evasion. You may not use the Services to evade licensing, sanctions, tax, consumer-protection, professional, payment, safety, age, reporting, or other legal requirements.
5.3 Unsupported activity. You may not use the Services for a transaction or category that Textority or an applicable payment provider, acquiring institution, or payment network does not support for the relevant account, country, payment method, or configuration.
5.4 Missing authorization. You may not offer an activity that requires a license, registration, approval, prescription authority, permit, or other authorization that you do not hold and maintain.
5.5 Misdescription. You may not conceal the true nature, supplier, beneficiary, buyer, price, purpose, delivery method, or regulated status of an offering or transaction.
6. PHYSICAL GOODS AND SHIPPING
6.1 Prohibited at launch. Physical goods and shipping transactions are Prohibited at launch.
6.2 Examples. Prohibited physical-goods transactions include merchandise, inventory, physical books, printed materials requiring shipping, food, supplements, cosmetics, equipment, devices, physical event materials, physical membership packages, physical bundles, shipping charges, deposits for physical products, drop shipping, print-on-demand goods, and other offerings requiring physical delivery.
6.3 Digital education is different. A lawful digital file, course, or educational service is not a physical-goods transaction merely because it discusses, depicts, or teaches the lawful use of physical materials obtained independently by the End User.
6.4 Future enablement. Physical goods may be enabled only after Textority expressly does so under updated terms and after completing the applicable payment, tax, shipping, fulfillment, returns, product-safety, consumer, jurisdictional, and operational review.
7. CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES, DRUGS, AND DRUG PARAPHERNALIA
7.1 Prohibited. The following are Prohibited: illegal drugs; controlled substances; substances marketed to imitate illegal drugs; prescription drugs sold without an authorized pharmacy structure; prescription brokering; drug-use paraphernalia; medical or recreational cannabis; THC products; cannabis cultivation or production services; psychedelics; hallucinogens; and products or services marketed with unlawful therapeutic or psychoactive claims.
7.2 Production and cultivation assistance. Services, equipment, or instruction primarily intended to facilitate unlawful production, cultivation, acquisition, or use of a prohibited substance are Prohibited.
7.3 Education. Lawful general education, journalism, harm-prevention information, recovery education, scientific discussion, and public-policy discussion are not prohibited merely because they discuss drugs, provided they do not facilitate a prohibited transaction or unlawful use.
8. ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, NICOTINE, AND AGE-RESTRICTED PRODUCTS
8.1 Prohibited transactions. Sales, delivery, or transaction facilitation involving alcohol, tobacco, nicotine products, electronic cigarettes, vaping devices or liquids, nicotine pouches, or comparable age-restricted physical products are Prohibited.
8.2 Education. Lawful general education or commentary about these subjects is not automatically prohibited. It must not facilitate a prohibited transaction, target minors improperly, encourage unlawful use, or make deceptive health claims.
9. WEAPONS, AMMUNITION, EXPLOSIVES, AND DANGEROUS MATERIALS
9.1 Prohibited transactions. Transactions involving firearms, ammunition, regulated firearm parts or accessories, suppressors, weapons, regulated knives, stun guns, explosives, fireworks, destructive devices, weapon-manufacturing kits, or other dangerous materials are Prohibited.
9.2 Unlawful assistance. Services or instructions intended to procure, manufacture, modify, transfer, or use a weapon or explosive unlawfully are Prohibited.
9.3 Education and expression. Lawful historical, journalistic, artistic, academic, safety, policy, and general educational discussion is not prohibited solely because it concerns weapons, provided it does not facilitate a prohibited transaction or unlawful harm.
10. ADULT SEXUAL CONTENT AND SERVICES
10.1 Prohibited. The following are Prohibited: pornography or sexually explicit content sold or delivered for sexual gratification; adult live-streaming or paid sexual chat; sexualized custom content; nude or explicit paid media; prostitution; escort services; sexual massage; paid sexual companionship; sexual fetish services; sexually oriented dating or matchmaking; sexual performances; and AI-generated content that falls within these categories.
10.2 No disguised adult services. An adult sexual service does not become permitted because it is described as coaching, wellness, art, education, community access, messaging, or a membership.
10.3 Permitted subject matter. Legitimate non-explicit sexual-health education, relationship education, artistic discussion, academic discussion, journalism, and other lawful non-explicit content are not automatically prohibited if they are not designed for sexual gratification and do not facilitate a prohibited service.
11. CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION, GROOMING, AND ABUSE
11.1 Absolute prohibition. Child sexual abuse material, sexualized content involving a minor, grooming, sexual solicitation of a minor, sextortion, requesting intimate imagery from a minor, child trafficking, predatory conduct, and any activity that facilitates sexual exploitation or abuse of a minor are absolutely prohibited.
11.2 Age-control evasion. Products or services designed to evade age or guardian controls, instructions encouraging a child under 13 to create an account, or knowingly helping a User falsify age are Prohibited.
11.3 Creator conduct. If a Creator knows or reasonably suspects that an interactive account is being used by a child under 13 in violation of the Terms of Service, the Creator must stop the interactive engagement and report the issue through the reporting route Textority makes available. A User must not download, redistribute, request, or independently investigate illegal material in an attempt to report it.
11.4 Textority reporting obligations. If Textority obtains knowledge that triggers a reporting or preservation duty under applicable law, Textority will make the required report and preserve covered material for the legally required period. This provision does not create a promise that Textority continuously monitors all communications or User Content.
11.5 Teen-Eligible Channels. A Channel or Creator Offering made available to Teen Users remains subject to the age, guardian, content, communication, AI, purchase, and safety restrictions in the Terms of Service and Creator Terms.
12. NON-CONSENSUAL INTIMATE IMAGERY, SEXTORTION, AND TRAFFICKING
12.1 Prohibited. Non-consensual intimate imagery, intimate digital forgeries or sexual deepfakes, intimate-image abuse, sextortion, voyeuristic intimate content, human trafficking, forced labor, exploitative recruitment, coercive sexual services, the sale or facilitation of persons, and services that exploit a vulnerable person are Prohibited.
12.2 Removal obligations. Where Textority is a covered platform under the TAKE IT DOWN Act or another applicable law, Textority will maintain the legally required notice-and-removal process and will act on a valid request within the period required by law, including removal of known identical copies where required.
12.3 No re-upload. A User may not re-upload, redistribute, or facilitate a known prohibited copy after removal.
13. GAMBLING, PRIZES, SWEEPSTAKES, AND GAMES OF CHANCE
13.1 Prohibited at launch. Gambling, sports betting, casino games, lotteries, raffles, paid-entry sweepstakes, games of chance for money or value, fantasy sports involving a monetary or material prize, paid prediction contests, paid-entry tournaments or skill competitions involving prizes, bid-fee auctions, paid wagering tips, and gambling-related financial transactions are Prohibited at launch.
13.2 Free promotions are Restricted. A contest, giveaway, promotion, sweepstakes, or prize program that involves no payment, purchase, contribution, or other consideration is Restricted and requires prior written Textority approval. Textority may require legal review, official rules, eligibility restrictions, prize disclosures, and jurisdictional limitations.
13.3 Provider dependency. Payment-provider approval may be required where a promotion uses payment functionality, is tied to a paid membership, involves fundraising, includes cash or cash-equivalent prizes, or otherwise creates a provider dependency.
13.4 Education and commentary. Lawful journalism, general education, analysis, and entertainment discussion about gambling are not automatically prohibited when they do not facilitate wagering or provide a prohibited paid wagering service.
14. FINANCIAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
14.1 Prohibited at launch. The following are Prohibited at launch: personalized investment advice or securities recommendations; brokerage; portfolio management; trade execution; pooled investment vehicles; investment clubs involving pooled funds or custody; paid trading signals; copy trading; automated trading; guaranteed-return programs; foreign-exchange trading services; binary options or derivatives trading; securities crowdfunding; lending or loan brokering; payday lending; mortgage origination or brokering; insurance sales or brokering; debt settlement or negotiation; debt collection for third parties; check cashing; money orders; peer-to-peer money transmission; remittance; escrow; custody; client trust or fiduciary funds; payment facilitation by a Creator; and receiving settlement proceeds on behalf of unrelated third-party sellers.
14.2 Separate enablement required. A category in Section 14.1 may be enabled only through a separately approved Textority program after the required legal, licensing, payment-provider, tax, product, privacy, insurance, and operational review. Ordinary category approval under Section 32 does not enable it.
14.3 Conditionally Permitted. General financial education, budgeting education, financial literacy, general business education, and non-personalized public information are Conditionally Permitted.
14.4 Conditions. Permitted financial education must not provide individualized investment recommendations, execute or direct transactions, take custody of funds or assets, falsely promise or guarantee results, or perform activity requiring a license or registration the Creator does not hold.
15. CRYPTOASSETS, NFTS, TOKENS, AND STORED VALUE
15.1 Prohibited at launch. Cryptocurrency sales or transfers; token sales; initial coin offerings; crypto exchanges or wallets; crypto custody; crypto trading services; staking or yield products; mining investments; secondary NFT sales; fractionalized digital assets; tokenized securities; paid crypto signals; transferable virtual currency; third-party stored value; gift cards; prepaid cards; vouchers with monetary value; and Creator-issued transferable credits are Prohibited at launch.
15.2 Separate enablement required. A crypto, token, NFT, or stored-value category may be enabled only after Textority expressly enables it under applicable legal, provider, network, consumer, tax, product, and operational requirements.
15.3 Education. Lawful general education and commentary concerning blockchain, digital assets, or cryptocurrency are not automatically prohibited if the offering does not facilitate an activity prohibited by this Section or provide a financial service prohibited by Section 14.
16. DECEPTIVE, FRAUDULENT, AND ABUSIVE BUSINESS MODELS
16.1 Prohibited. The following are Prohibited: pyramid schemes; multi-level marketing; recruitment-based compensation programs; Ponzi schemes; gifting circles; money-flipping; guaranteed-income or get-rich-quick schemes; fake business or job opportunities; advance-fee fraud; impersonation scams; romance scams; charity fraud; refund or chargeback fraud; transaction laundering; account renting or laundering; fake reviews or testimonials; deceptive review suppression; fake indicators of social-media influence; and services designed to conceal the true merchant, seller, supplier, beneficiary, product, buyer, or purpose of a transaction.
16.2 Affiliate marketing. Legitimate affiliate marketing is not prohibited solely because compensation is performance-based. Material relationships must be disclosed as required by law, and the activity must not depend materially on recruiting additional participants into a compensation chain.
16.3 Reviews and testimonials. A Creator must not create, buy, sell, procure, disseminate, suppress, or manipulate reviews, testimonials, or social-influence indicators in a manner prohibited by applicable law or the Creator Terms.
17. COUNTERFEIT, STOLEN, PIRATED, AND INFRINGING MATERIAL
17.1 Prohibited. Counterfeit goods or content; stolen goods, accounts, credentials, or data; pirated media; unauthorized copies; cracked software; unlawfully obtained license keys; infringing courses; counterfeit or trademark-infringing material; unauthorized use of a person’s protected name, image, likeness, or voice; unlawful sale of personal data; services intended to defeat digital-rights controls unlawfully; and plagiarism sold as original work are Prohibited.
17.2 Lawful uses preserved. Lawful commentary, criticism, parody, licensed use, public-domain use, education, and other uses protected by applicable law are preserved.
17.3 No private-right adjudication. A classification or enforcement decision by Textority is an administrative decision concerning use of the Services and does not finally adjudicate ownership, fair use, or other private legal rights.
18. CYBERSECURITY, MALWARE, SURVEILLANCE, AND UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS
18.1 Prohibited. Malware, ransomware, spyware, stalkerware, credential theft, phishing, account-takeover services, botnets, denial-of-service services, exploit kits, malicious code, unauthorized penetration, SIM swapping, password cracking, identity theft, unlawful interception, stolen databases, doxxing, unlawful surveillance, covert tracking, hacking-for-hire, and tools or instructions primarily designed to facilitate unlawful cyber activity are Prohibited.
18.2 Identity services. Commercial identity-theft monitoring, identity-theft protection, identity restoration, and identity recovery services are Prohibited at launch. General identity-theft prevention education is Conditionally Permitted if it does not perform monitoring, access credit or financial accounts, or provide restoration or recovery services.
18.3 Restricted cybersecurity services. Defensive cybersecurity services, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, authorized testing, offensive-technique training, dual-use security tooling, and services performed against third-party systems are Restricted and require prior written Textority approval.
18.4 Conditions for approved security testing. Approved testing must be authorized by the system owner, limited to a defined scope, lawful, and supported by documentation Textority reasonably requests. It must not involve stolen credentials, stolen data, or unauthorized access.
19. FRAUDULENT DOCUMENTS, CREDENTIALS, AND ACADEMIC MISCONDUCT
19.1 Prohibited. Fake identification, counterfeit government documents, false references, fabricated employment records, falsified financial statements, forged signatures, fake professional licenses, fake diplomas or transcripts, fraudulent certifications, impersonation services, exam cheating, test-taking services, plagiarism services, admissions fraud, and services intended to deceive an employer, school, government, lender, insurer, regulator, or other person are Prohibited.
19.2 Conditionally Permitted. Legitimate tutoring, editing, study support, research training, and educational assistance are Conditionally Permitted when they do not enable cheating, impersonation, fraud, plagiarism, or submission of another person’s work as the End User’s own.
20. HEALTH, MENTAL HEALTH, CLINICAL, AND MEDICAL SERVICES
20.1 Prohibited at launch. The following are Prohibited at launch: medical or clinical diagnosis; treatment; psychotherapy; patient management; prescriptions or prescribing support; medication management; telemedicine; telehealth; crisis counseling; suicide intervention; emergency response; clinical decision support; medical decision-making; processing protected health information on behalf of a HIPAA covered entity where Textority would be required to act as a business associate; and presenting Textority AI as a clinician, therapist, or emergency responder.
20.2 Separate enablement required. A clinical or telehealth category may be enabled only after Textority completes the applicable legal, security, privacy, professional-licensing, provider, insurance, product, operational, and emergency-response review. A professional license or disclaimer by itself does not enable a prohibited category.
20.3 Conditionally Permitted. General health or wellness education, fitness content, general nutrition education, psychoeducation, non-clinical coaching, non-personalized information, and educational content created by licensed professionals are Conditionally Permitted.
20.4 Conditions. A permitted offering must not diagnose, treat, provide individualized clinical conclusions, provide crisis response, promise emergency monitoring, guarantee health outcomes, make unsafe claims, or encourage a person to avoid necessary professional care. Objective health claims must have the substantiation required by applicable law.
21. SELF-HARM, EATING-DISORDER ABUSE, AND DANGEROUS CONDUCT
21.1 Prohibited. Services that encourage suicide or self-harm; instructions intended to facilitate self-harm; communities organized to encourage self-harm; programs promoting dangerous starvation, purging, or medically unsafe behavior; coercive conversion practices; unlawful violence-for-hire; dangerous challenges; and content or services primarily intended to facilitate imminent physical harm are Prohibited.
21.2 Conditionally Permitted education. General prevention information, public-awareness resources, journalism, documentary discussion, and general recovery education are Conditionally Permitted when they do not provide clinical treatment, crisis intervention, instructions for self-harm, or promises of emergency monitoring.
21.3 Restricted support services. Interactive recovery-support services, paid individualized support concerning self-harm or eating-disorder recovery, survivor-support groups, and communities focused primarily on elevated self-harm risk are Restricted and require prior written Textority approval and appropriate safety, moderation, escalation, age, and professional-category review.
22. LEGAL SERVICES
22.1 Conditionally Permitted information. General legal education and non-personalized public legal information are Conditionally Permitted when the offering does not falsely imply an attorney-client relationship, does not involve representation or client funds, and complies with applicable advertising and professional rules.
22.2 Restricted licensed legal services. Personalized legal advice or representation by a licensed attorney or other authorized legal professional is Restricted and requires prior written Textority approval. The Creator must be authorized in each jurisdiction served and must independently determine and comply with professional duties, including confidentiality, conflicts, engagement terms, recordkeeping, technology use, and applicable AI obligations.
22.3 Privilege. Textority does not determine, confer, or guarantee attorney-client privilege or professional confidentiality.
22.4 Client funds prohibited. The Services may not be used to hold client trust funds, fiduciary funds, settlement funds, or escrow.
22.5 Prohibited legal activity. Unlicensed practice of law, fake legal credentials, guaranteed legal outcomes, unlawful document services, services intended to obstruct justice, services facilitating fraud, and unlawful immigration schemes are Prohibited.
22.6 Bankruptcy legal services. Bankruptcy legal services and bankruptcy-related payment activity are Prohibited at launch unless Textority later enables them through a separately approved program and payment configuration.
23. CHARITIES, DONATIONS, CROWDFUNDING, AND FUNDRAISING
23.1 Reward-based fundraising is Restricted. Crowdfunding or fundraising in which an End User receives a bona fide permitted Creator Offering is Restricted and requires prior written Textority approval.
23.2 Conditions. Textority may require accurate delivery terms, refund terms, beneficiary and use-of-funds disclosures, payment-provider approval, tax review, entity or beneficiary verification, sanctions review, fraud controls, and other jurisdiction-specific requirements.
23.3 Pure donations are Prohibited at launch. Charitable donations, nonprofit fundraising without a Creator Offering, personal fundraising, medical fundraising, disaster-relief fundraising, legal-defense fundraising, community fundraising, political fundraising, campaign contributions, collections for a beneficiary where no bona fide Creator Offering is delivered, and other transfers whose substance is a donation are Prohibited at launch.
23.4 No disguised donation. A nominal digital file, token item, or sham service may not be used to disguise a donation or unsupported funds transfer.
23.5 Fraudulent fundraising. Fraudulent fundraising, false beneficiary claims, diversion of funds, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, and fundraising for unlawful activity are Prohibited in every case.
24. DATING, MATCHMAKING, COMPANIONSHIP, AND RELATIONSHIP SERVICES
24.1 Restricted. General dating and matchmaking services are Restricted and require prior written Textority approval.
24.2 Prohibited. Sexually oriented dating, escort services, prostitution, paid sexual companionship, adult sexual chat, romantic fraud, services targeting minors, trafficking, coercive companionship, or services whose design materially depends on deception or exploitation are Prohibited.
24.3 Conditionally Permitted. General relationship education and non-clinical relationship coaching are Conditionally Permitted when the offering does not become therapy, a sexual service, or a matchmaking service requiring approval.
25. TRAVEL, TICKETING, EVENTS, AND RESERVATION SERVICES
25.1 Restricted. Third-party travel booking, accommodation booking, flight booking, travel clubs, third-party reservation services, ticket resale or brokerage, third-party event ticketing, travel packages, deposits for future travel or physical events, and other high-risk third-party future-delivery models are Restricted and require prior written Textority approval.
25.2 Conditionally Permitted. A Creator’s own virtual class, webinar, online workshop, digital conference access, scheduled remote consultation, or booking for the Creator’s own permitted Creator Service is Conditionally Permitted, subject to accurate scheduling, cancellation, refund, and delivery disclosures.
26. FILE HOSTING, CYBERLOCKERS, AND MARKETPLACE-WITHIN-A-MARKETPLACE ACTIVITY
26.1 Restricted. High-volume file-hosting, cyberlocker, and public file-sharing businesses are Restricted and may be prohibited depending on the model, content, jurisdiction, and payment-provider support.
26.2 Prohibited payment and seller aggregation. A Creator may not use the Services to operate an unrelated third-party marketplace, collect or route payment for unrelated sellers, resell payment processing, act as an unauthorized payment facilitator or aggregator, conceal the ultimate supplier or beneficiary, or evade Textority’s onboarding and verification requirements.
26.3 Own-content delivery. Ordinary delivery of a Creator’s own permitted Digital Content through supported Textority features is Conditionally Permitted.
27. GOVERNMENT, POLITICAL, TERRORISM, EXTREMISM, AND VIOLENCE
27.1 Lawful political expression. Textority does not restrict lawful political expression solely because of political viewpoint or affiliation. Lawful political commentary, journalism, advocacy, criticism, satire, and public-policy discussion remain subject to the same generally applicable safety, fraud, intellectual-property, and legal rules as other content.
27.2 Prohibited violent or unlawful activity. Terrorism; transactions involving designated terrorist or sanctioned organizations; unlawful material support; organized crime; credible threats of unlawful violence; incitement that is unlawful under applicable law; trafficking; unlawful paramilitary services; and services that materially facilitate unlawful violence are Prohibited.
27.3 Political fundraising. Political fundraising, campaign contributions, and fundraising for political parties, candidates, or political committees are Prohibited at launch under Section 23. This restriction does not prohibit lawful political expression that does not involve prohibited fundraising or another prohibited activity.
27.4 Unauthorized government services. Fraudulent or unauthorized sale of government services, benefits, grants, permits, credentials, or official documents is Prohibited.
28. SANCTIONS, EXPORT CONTROLS, AND RESTRICTED PERSONS
28.1 Prohibited. Transactions or services involving sanctioned or blocked persons, prohibited exports or imports, sanctions evasion, export-control evasion, or any transaction that Textority or an applicable provider is legally prohibited from processing are Prohibited.
28.2 Dynamic restrictions. This Policy does not publish a static sanctions-country list. Sanctions programs and restricted-party lists change, and compliance depends on the applicable program, person, property, activity, and jurisdiction.
28.3 Cooperation. A User must provide information reasonably necessary for sanctions or export-control screening and may not falsify or conceal ownership, location, nationality, counterparty, destination, or transaction information.
29. AI-GENERATED OR AI-ASSISTED PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND CONTENT
29.1 Same classification rules. AI-generated and AI-assisted activity is subject to every restriction in this Policy. AI involvement does not change the classification of the underlying product, service, or transaction.
29.2 Prohibited AI uses. Textority AI or other AI features may not be used through the Services to create or deliver prohibited adult content; sexualized content involving minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; unlawful impersonation; fraudulent credentials; malware or unlawful cyber tools; prohibited medical, legal, financial, or crisis services; illegal transactions; deceptive reviews or testimonials; or content intended to conceal or facilitate another prohibited activity.
29.3 Sensitive actions. AI or automation may not be used to bypass Textority restrictions involving payments, identity, age, safety, professional services, access controls, or other sensitive functions.
30. EDUCATION, COMMENTARY, JOURNALISM, AND INFORMATIONAL CONTENT
30.1 Discussion is not facilitation. Lawful general education, journalism, commentary, criticism, research, artistic expression, documentary content, harm-prevention information, and public-policy discussion are not automatically prohibited merely because they address a regulated, illegal, or sensitive subject.
30.2 Educational framing is not a loophole. Educational framing does not make an offering permitted if it provides a prohibited service, facilitates a prohibited transaction, gives individualized regulated advice, enables unlawful activity, disguises adult sexual services, promotes fraud, distributes illegal content, or circumvents a platform restriction.
30.3 Evaluate substance and audience. Textority may consider the actual content, instructions, claims, audience, delivery method, monetization, and surrounding conduct when determining whether an offering is genuine education or prohibited facilitation.
31. CREATOR CLASSIFICATION AND DISCLOSURE DUTIES
31.1 Accurate classification. A Creator must accurately identify the nature of a Creator Offering and must not knowingly select a misleading category or description.
31.2 Required information. A Creator must provide information Textority reasonably requests to determine category eligibility, including information concerning ownership, licensing, professional credentials, delivery, beneficiaries, claims, transaction structure, payment flow, or jurisdiction where relevant.
31.3 Continuing duty. A Creator must promptly update material information if an approved offering changes in a way that could affect its category, licensing status, audience, claims, payment risk, or delivery model.
31.4 No circumvention. Splitting an offering into multiple listings, using external links, renaming a service, changing a payment description, or routing delivery outside the Services does not make a prohibited or restricted activity permitted.
32. RESTRICTED-CATEGORY REVIEW AND APPROVAL
32.1 Prior approval required. A Restricted category may not be offered or enabled until Textority grants prior written approval for the specific Creator and offering.
32.2 Review information. Textority may request information reasonably necessary to assess the category, including identity, business, beneficial ownership, license, jurisdiction, professional, product, delivery, marketing, safety, tax, payment, refund, and transaction information.
32.3 Proportionality. Information requests and compliance reviews should be reasonably related to the issue and proportionate to the category and risk. An approval request does not grant Textority unlimited access to unrelated Creator information.
32.4 Possible outcomes. Textority may approve, approve with conditions, request changes, limit countries or buyers, limit features, impose reasonable payment or payout controls, reject, suspend, or revoke an approval.
32.5 Scope of approval. Approval is specific to the reviewed Creator, offering, jurisdiction, delivery model, and conditions. It is non-transferable, subject to continuing compliance, and may be modified or revoked when reasonably necessary.
32.6 No promised review time. This Policy does not promise a category-review response time.
33. PAYMENT-PROVIDER, ACQUIRER, AND PAYMENT-NETWORK DEPENDENCIES
33.1 External restrictions. Payment providers, acquiring institutions, payment networks, and other financial partners may prohibit or restrict categories that are lawful. Their restrictions may differ by country, account type, payment method, charge model, or product configuration.
33.2 Approval may be required. Textority approval does not bind a payment provider or other financial partner. A provider may require separate due diligence or may decline, limit, suspend, or terminate support for a category or account.
33.3 Initial processing is not approval. A successfully processed transaction, account activation, technical integration, or prior transaction does not establish continuing provider approval.
33.4 No false provider representation. Textority will not represent that a provider, acquirer, or payment network has approved a category, Creator, country, or transaction type unless Textority has a basis to make that representation.
33.5 Prospective changes. If an external provider changes its requirements, Textority may prospectively restrict new sales, renewals, payment methods, or continued availability as permitted by the Terms of Service, applicable Transaction Terms, and law.
34. MONITORING, RECLASSIFICATION, AND CONTINUING REVIEW
34.1 Review sources. Textority may consider listings, Creator Policies, public-facing content, complaints, refund or dispute patterns, transaction data, delivery evidence, AI configurations, messaging practices, verification information, provider notices, and legal developments when reasonably related to classification or enforcement.
34.2 No general monitoring promise. This Policy does not require Textority to monitor every communication, Channel, listing, or item of User Content, and Textority does not represent that it continuously reviews private communications.
34.3 Urgent action. Textority may act without advance notice where reasonably necessary because of child safety, imminent harm, fraud, account compromise, sanctions, legal process, evidence-preservation duties, provider requirements, or another material safety or legal risk.
34.4 Reclassification. A category or specific offering may be reclassified based on its actual substance or a change in law, risk, provider requirements, audience, delivery model, or payment configuration.
35. ENFORCEMENT
35.1 Available actions. Consistent with Sections 20 and 25 of the Terms of Service and Section 25 of the Creator Terms, Textority may request information; require listing edits or disclosures; reject or remove an offering; block or decline transactions; disable checkout; restrict messaging, AI, communities, selling, or payouts; suspend or terminate access; preserve evidence; notify an applicable provider; issue or administer refunds or reversals where authorized or required; and make legally required reports.
35.2 Proportionality. Where circumstances permit, Textority may consider severity, recurrence, intent, harm, legal obligations, provider requirements, safety risk, fraud risk, cooperation, and ability to remedy when selecting an enforcement action.
35.3 No universal notice promise. Advance notice is not promised in every case, particularly where immediate action is reasonably necessary under Section 34.3.
35.4 Creator Team Members. Restricting a Creator Team Member’s access does not by itself transfer the Creator’s commercial obligations to that individual.
36. EXISTING PURCHASES, ACCESS, REFUNDS, AND REMOVAL
36.1 New activity may stop. If an offering becomes prohibited, unsupported, or restricted without required approval, Textority may stop new listings, sales, renewals, or transactions immediately where reasonably necessary.
36.2 Existing purchases. Treatment of existing purchases, subscriptions, bookings, refunds, cancellations, delivery obligations, and purchased access is governed by the applicable Transaction Terms, Terms of Service, Creator Terms, and applicable refund, subscription, dispute, and delivery policies.
36.3 Legal and safety override. Textority is not required to continue hosting, delivering, or facilitating content or services where continued performance would be illegal, infringing, unsafe, prohibited by a valid legal order, or otherwise legally required to stop.
36.4 Mandatory remedies preserved. A classification or removal decision does not eliminate any refund, cancellation, chargeback, access, or consumer remedy that applicable law or binding Transaction Terms require.
36.5 Creator responsibility. A Creator remains responsible for obligations allocated to the Creator under the Creator Terms and applicable Transaction Terms, including obligations arising from misclassification, illegal offerings, misdescription, or failure to deliver, except to the extent an obligation is legally or contractually allocated to Textority or another party.
37. REPORTING, QUESTIONS, AND APPEALS
37.1 Category questions. A Creator may contact Textority at hello@textority.com or through the Legal Center to ask whether an offering requires review.
37.2 Reports. A User or other affected person may report prohibited, illegal, unsafe, infringing, or abusive activity through textority.com/legal/report or another reporting route Textority makes available.
37.3 Specialized legal processes. Copyright notices, non-consensual intimate imagery requests, child-safety matters, and other legally specialized reports may be handled through the process identified in the Legal Center or applicable Textority policy.
37.4 Appeals. Where Textority offers an appeal or review process for a classification or enforcement action, submitting an appeal does not automatically restore an offering, transaction, feature, payment, payout, or account. Textority may decline an appeal where law, safety, sanctions, provider requirements, or urgent risk prevents restoration or review.
38. CHANGES AND VERSIONING
38.1 Prospective changes. Textority may update this Policy prospectively under Section 30 of the Terms of Service.
38.2 Material changes. Textority will provide reasonable notice of a material change where applicable law or the nature of the change requires advance notice and will request affirmative reacceptance where required.
38.3 Completed transactions. A policy update does not retroactively reduce rights or alter obligations attached to a completed transaction where applicable law or the governing Transaction Terms prohibit that change.
38.4 Urgent changes. A change required by law, safety, sanctions, or a provider may take effect on the timetable reasonably required by that circumstance, subject to mandatory law and non-waivable rights.
