TEXTORITY COOKIE POLICY

Last Updated: September 30, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Textority Inc. (“Textority,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may use cookies and similar technologies in connection with textority.com, text.me, text.to, lets.talk, the Textority web platform, and related online services that Textority makes available (collectively, the “Services”).

This Cookie Policy supplements the Textority Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains our broader personal-information practices, including collection, use, disclosure, retention, rights, and contact methods. If a cookie or similar technology processes personal information, that processing is also subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

1. PURPOSE, SCOPE, AND RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER TEXTORITY TERMS

1.1 Purpose. This Cookie Policy describes the types of browser, device, storage, and similar technologies that Textority may use when they are actually enabled, the purposes for which they may be used, and the choices that may be available to you.

1.2 Services covered. This Cookie Policy applies to the Services identified above. It does not govern an independent Creator website, external application, Payment Provider, social platform, or other third-party service that sets or reads technologies outside Textority control under its own terms or privacy notice.

1.3 Privacy Policy. The Textority Privacy Policy controls Textority’s general processing of personal information. This Cookie Policy provides additional detail about cookies and similar technologies.

1.4 Separate consent or opt-out. Acceptance of the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or this Cookie Policy does not by itself constitute consent or authorization for a technology when applicable law requires a separate affirmative choice, nor does it waive a legally required opt-out right.

1.5 Current configuration controls. A reference in this Cookie Policy to a category or type of technology does not mean that every technology, provider, category, or purpose is enabled on every Textority domain, page, browser, account, or feature. Textority uses only technologies actually deployed for the relevant Services and will update disclosures when material practices change.

2. WHAT COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES ARE

2.1 Cookies. A cookie is a small text or data file that a website can place or read on a browser or device. Cookies can help a service recognize a browser or session, maintain login state, remember preferences, support security, and measure how a service is used.

2.2 Similar technologies. Depending on the feature actually enabled, similar technologies may include local or session storage, software development kits, pixels, tags, scripts, device or browser identifiers, log files, or comparable technologies that store, access, transmit, or associate information with a browser, device, session, or interaction.

2.3 Session and persistent technologies. Some technologies operate only during a browser session and expire or are removed when the session ends. Others may remain for a longer period to remember a preference, maintain a permitted function, support security, or perform another disclosed purpose. This Policy does not state a universal duration for every technology.

2.4 First-party and third-party technologies. A first-party technology is set or controlled through a Textority domain or service. A third-party technology is provided by another company whose service is integrated with Textority. A third-party provider may process information under its own applicable privacy terms in addition to its contractual obligations to Textority.

3. INFORMATION THAT MAY BE PROCESSED THROUGH THESE TECHNOLOGIES

3.1 Technical and network information. Depending on the technology, information may include IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, language or regional settings, technical identifiers, timestamps, security events, and similar network or device information.

3.2 Service interaction information. Information may include pages or features visited, buttons or links selected, session activity, referral or navigation information, feature interactions, error or performance information, and similar records of how a browser or device interacts with the Services.

3.3 Account and preference association. Where a technology is used while you are signed in or otherwise identified to the Services, information associated with the browser or session may also be associated with your account, Channel, transaction, security status, or saved preferences when reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.

3.4 Personal information. Cookie or similar-technology data may constitute personal information or personal data under applicable law. Textority treats such information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the legal requirements that apply to the relevant processing.

4. STRICTLY NECESSARY, SECURITY, AND SERVICE-OPERATION TECHNOLOGIES

4.1 Service operation. Textority may use technologies reasonably necessary to provide a service or function you request, maintain a session, route traffic, remember that you are authenticated, support account access, or preserve the integrity of a transaction or workflow.

4.2 Security and fraud prevention. Textority may use technologies to protect accounts and the Services, detect suspicious or abusive activity, investigate unauthorized access, prevent fraud, rate-limit requests, maintain service integrity, and support other security or safety functions permitted by applicable law.

4.3 Payments and commerce. A checkout, payment, subscription, refund, dispute, payout, verification, or fraud-prevention flow may involve technologies used by Textority or a Payment Provider to authenticate, secure, route, or record the transaction. Payment Provider technologies are also subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy notices where applicable.

4.4 Availability of controls. Some technologies necessary for requested functionality, security, or legally required records may not be disabled through a general cookie preference control. Where applicable law requires consent or another choice even for a particular necessary technology, Textority will apply the legal requirement or an applicable legal exception.

5. FUNCTIONAL AND PREFERENCE TECHNOLOGIES

5.1 Preferences. Where enabled, functional technologies may remember settings such as language, display choices, cookie preferences, login-related choices, or other settings that improve continuity across visits.

5.2 Optional functionality. A functional technology may support a non-essential feature only when that feature is actually available. Disabling an optional functional technology may cause the associated preference or feature to reset or operate differently.

5.3 No unsupported personalization claim. This Cookie Policy does not state that Textority currently performs behavioral personalization through cookies unless that practice is actually enabled and separately disclosed where required.

6. ANALYTICS AND PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES

6.1 Analytics and measurement. Where enabled, Textority may use analytics or product-measurement technologies to understand how the Services are used, measure performance, diagnose problems, evaluate feature usage, and improve the Services.

6.2 Information used. Analytics may use technical, browser, device, session, and interaction information described in Section 3. The exact information depends on the analytics functionality actually enabled.

6.3 Provider-specific accuracy. Textority does not identify a particular analytics provider, cookie name, identifier, duration, storage location, or data-sharing arrangement in this Policy unless that fact has been confirmed for the Services. Where a consent or preference interface identifies current providers or categories, that interface may provide more current provider-specific information for the applicable browser or device.

6.4 Consent and opt-out. Where applicable law requires prior consent, authorization, or an opt-out for analytics or measurement technologies, Textority will provide the applicable choice and will apply the user’s preference as required by law.

7. ADVERTISING, TARGETING, AND CROSS-CONTEXT TECHNOLOGIES

7.1 No current practice inferred. This Cookie Policy does not represent that Textority currently uses cookies or similar technologies for interest-based advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or the sale or sharing of personal information as those terms may be defined by law.

7.2 If later or otherwise enabled. If Textority enables a technology for a purpose that applicable law treats as targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, sale, sharing, or a comparable regulated use, Textority will provide the disclosures, consent, opt-out, preference-signal treatment, and other controls required before or when that processing applies.

7.3 No hidden marketing category. Textority will not characterize a technology as necessary or purely functional in order to avoid a legally required choice when the technology is actually used for a regulated advertising or data-sharing purpose.

8.1 Preference control. Where Textority provides a cookie banner, consent tool, preference center, or similar control, you may use that interface to make the choices offered for the browser or device you are using.

8.2 Categories may differ by jurisdiction. The categories, default settings, consent sequence, and available choices may differ based on applicable law, the technologies actually deployed, and the relevant Textority service or domain.

8.3 Withdrawal or change. Where a technology is based on consent or another revocable preference, you may change or withdraw that preference through the available control, subject to technologies that must remain active for a permitted necessary purpose and subject to applicable law.

8.4 Browser and device scope. A cookie preference may be stored in or associated with the browser, device, account, or other identifier used to record the preference. If you delete browser storage, use another browser or device, or use a private-browsing mode, you may need to set the preference again unless Textority is required and able to associate the preference more broadly.

8.5 Account-level choices. Where applicable law requires a preference to apply across authenticated services or devices associated with an account, Textority will apply the preference in the manner required by law to the extent Textority can reasonably identify the relevant account and processing.

9. BROWSER AND DEVICE CONTROLS

9.1 Browser settings. Most browsers allow you to delete, block, limit, or receive notices about cookies or site storage. Browser settings vary by provider and version.

9.2 Effects of blocking. Blocking or deleting technologies may cause login state, security checks, preferences, checkout functions, or other Services to operate differently or become unavailable where the technology is necessary for that function.

9.3 Private browsing and similar modes. Private-browsing, incognito, or similar modes may limit persistence of cookies or storage but do not necessarily prevent all technical logs, network information, fraud controls, or server-side records associated with use of the Services.

10. OPT-OUT PREFERENCE SIGNALS AND GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL

10.1 Legally recognized signals. Some browsers or extensions can transmit an opt-out preference signal, including Global Privacy Control or another signal recognized under applicable law. Where Textority is subject to a law that requires recognition of a qualifying signal for a covered processing activity, Textority will process the signal as required by that law.

10.2 Scope of a signal. A signal may apply only to the browser or device from which it is sent unless applicable law requires broader treatment and Textority can reasonably associate the signal with an authenticated User or account.

10.3 Cookie controls are not always the same as a sale or sharing opt-out. Where applicable law requires a separate right to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or another covered disclosure, Textority will provide the legally required mechanism. A general cookie preference interface is not intended to replace a separate statutory opt-out when the law requires more.

10.4 Do Not Track. Some browsers also offer a Do Not Track setting. Because Do Not Track may not have a uniform legal or technical meaning, Textority distinguishes it from legally recognized opt-out preference signals and will follow the requirements that apply to the signal and processing at issue.

11. CREATOR PAGES, USER CONTENT, AND EXTERNAL SERVICES

11.1 Textority-hosted Creator pages. When you visit a Creator page hosted through Textority, Textority technologies used for the Services may operate as described in this Cookie Policy and the Privacy Policy.

11.2 Creator-controlled external destinations. A Creator may provide links to an external website, form, media service, social platform, or other destination. Cookies or similar technologies used by that external destination are controlled by the third party or Creator responsible for that destination and are not governed by this Cookie Policy.

11.3 Embedded or integrated third-party features. Where Textority actually enables an embedded or integrated third-party feature, the provider may receive technical or interaction information necessary to provide the feature. Textority will provide additional notice or choice where applicable law requires it.

11.4 Creator responsibility. A Creator that independently deploys or directs tracking outside Textority is responsible for that Creator’s own privacy, notice, consent, and opt-out obligations. Use of an external tool does not make Textority responsible for the Creator’s independent data practices.

12. PAYMENT PROVIDER, VERIFICATION, AND FRAUD TECHNOLOGIES

12.1 Provider technology. Payment, identity, business, payout, sanctions, or fraud providers may use device, network, browser, storage, or comparable technologies within a flow they provide or support.

12.2 Independent provider notices. Where a Payment Provider or verification provider independently determines how it processes information, the provider’s own privacy notice and terms apply to that processing. Textority does not use this Cookie Policy to describe the provider’s technologies as if they were Textority technologies.

12.3 No payment-role inference. Use of a provider technology does not by itself determine whether Textority is a merchant of record, seller, payment facilitator, processor, or another payment role. Those roles are governed by the applicable transaction structure and Textority payment terms.

13.1 No universal retention period. Textority does not state one retention period for all cookies, identifiers, logs, or analytics records. Retention depends on the technology, purpose, configuration, legal requirements, security and fraud needs, account status, and provider settings actually used.

13.2 Preference records. Textority may retain records of consent, authorization, opt-out, or cookie preferences for as long as reasonably necessary to apply the preference, demonstrate compliance, resolve disputes, or satisfy applicable law.

13.3 Deletion and expiration. A browser cookie may expire automatically, be deleted by the browser or User, or be removed when Textority or a provider changes the applicable configuration. Server-side logs or records derived from an interaction may have a different retention period under the Privacy Policy.

14. SECURITY

14.1 Safeguards. Textority uses safeguards that it considers reasonable and appropriate for the Services and information at issue, but no cookie, browser storage, network connection, or online service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

14.2 No unsupported security representation. This Cookie Policy does not represent that all cookies are encrypted, that all communications are end-to-end encrypted, that Textority can never access cookie-related information, or that deletion of browser storage removes every related server-side or provider record.

15. UNITED STATES PRIVACY LAWS

15.1 Applicability varies. United States state privacy laws apply based on statutory thresholds, covered persons, processing activities, and other conditions. This Cookie Policy does not represent that every state privacy law applies to Textority or to every User.

15.2 Covered online processing. If a state privacy law applies to Textority and a cookie or similar technology is used for a covered sale, sharing, targeted advertising, profiling, sensitive-data use, or other regulated activity, Textority will provide the notice, consent, opt-out, preference-signal recognition, or other control required for that activity.

15.3 Privacy rights. Requests concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, sale or sharing opt-outs, targeted-advertising opt-outs, sensitive-data limitations, or comparable state rights are governed by the Privacy Policy and any applicable privacy-choice interface.

16. CALIFORNIA ONLINE PRIVACY CHOICES

16.1 CCPA applicability. If Textority is a business subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act for the processing at issue, California consumers have the rights described in the Privacy Policy and applicable California notices.

16.2 Sale and sharing technologies. If Textority uses online technologies in a manner that constitutes a sale or sharing of personal information under California law, Textority will provide the required opt-out method and will process qualifying opt-out preference signals as required by California law.

16.3 No inference of sale or sharing. The presence of a cookie, analytics tool, security technology, or third-party integration does not by itself mean that Textority sells or shares personal information under California law. The legal classification depends on the actual purpose, disclosures, contracts, data flow, and statutory definitions.

17.1 Cookies may involve personal-data processing. Where a cookie or similar technology collects, stores, associates, or otherwise processes information relating to an identified or identifiable person in Colombia, Textority treats that activity as personal-data processing to the extent required by Colombia’s data-protection regime.

17.2 Authorization. Where Colombian law requires prior, express, and informed authorization for personal-data processing through cookies or similar technologies, Textority will request that authorization through the applicable consent or collection flow before carrying out the covered processing, unless a lawful exception applies.

17.3 Information at authorization. Where authorization is required, Textority will provide the information required by applicable Colombian law, including the purposes of processing and information about the applicable privacy policy, rights, and contact routes, in a clear manner appropriate to the collection flow.

17.4 Preferences and revocation. A Titular may exercise the privacy rights available under Colombian law as described in the Textority Privacy Policy. Withdrawal of a cookie preference or authorization applies subject to legal and contractual obligations that permit or require continued processing of particular information.

17.5 Colombia-specific notice. A separate Colombia Privacy Notice and Authorization may supplement this Cookie Policy where additional local disclosure or authorization is required for Textority’s launch or a particular processing activity.

18. MINORS

18.1 Age framework. The age and guardian framework in the Textority Terms of Service and Privacy Policy applies to cookie and similar-technology processing. Children under 13 may not create an account or use interactive Services intended for account holders.

18.2 Teen Users. Where Textority processes information relating to a Teen User, Textority applies the guardian, safety, feature, and privacy restrictions described in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and any additional protection required by applicable law.

18.3 Child data. If Textority obtains actual knowledge that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 in circumstances covered by applicable child-privacy law, Textority will take the steps required by that law. This Cookie Policy does not create a representation that Textority directs the Services to children under 13.

19. THIRD-PARTY PRIVACY PRACTICES

19.1 Third-party responsibility. A third party that sets, reads, or receives information through its own technology may have privacy practices that differ from Textority’s. Review the third party’s privacy information where the third party independently controls its processing.

19.2 Service providers. Where a provider processes information on Textority’s behalf, Textority may impose contractual, confidentiality, security, use, or data-protection restrictions appropriate to the service and applicable law.

19.3 No static provider list in this Policy. Because providers and configurations can change, this Cookie Policy does not present an unverified or permanent list of analytics, hosting, advertising, payment, AI, or other providers. Textority may maintain separate current disclosures, preference-center information, or a Subprocessors List where appropriate.

20.1 Prospective changes. Textority may update this Cookie Policy prospectively to reflect changes in law, Services, technologies, providers, or data practices.

20.2 Material changes. Where applicable law or the nature of a change requires advance notice, Textority will provide reasonable notice through the Services, by email, through the cookie or privacy interface, or by another appropriate method before the material change applies to existing Users.

20.3 New consent. If a change introduces a materially different cookie or similar-technology purpose for which applicable law requires new consent or authorization, Textority will obtain that consent or authorization before carrying out the covered processing.

20.4 Current version. The current version of this Cookie Policy will display its Last Updated date.

21. CONTACT TEXTORITY

21.1 Privacy and cookie questions. You may contact Textority about this Cookie Policy or a privacy choice by email at hello@textority.com. You may use a subject such as “Cookie or Privacy Request” and include information reasonably necessary to identify the relevant browser, account, domain, or processing activity.

21.2 Mailing address. Textority Inc., 10101 SW 27th Ter, Miami, FL 33165, United States.

21.3 Other rights. For broader privacy rights, account deletion, access, correction, or other personal-information requests, refer to the Textority Privacy Policy and the privacy-choice methods Textority makes available.
