TEXTORITY CHILD SAFETY POLICY

Last Updated: September 30, 2026

This Child Safety Policy (the “Policy”) applies to textority.com, text.me, text.to, lets.talk, the Textority web platform, and related websites and online services made available by Textority Inc. (“Textority,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”).

This Policy supplements the Textority Terms of Service, Age Eligibility Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Community and Content Rules, Privacy Policy, Non-Consensual Intimate Content Removal Policy, and other applicable Textority terms. It explains Textority rules and response principles concerning child sexual exploitation, grooming, sextortion, sexualization of minors, age-control evasion, and other serious safety risks involving minors.

IMPORTANT CHILD SAFETY NOTICE

If a child is in immediate danger or there is an emergency, contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency service. Suspected online child sexual exploitation may also be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or by calling 1-800-843-5678. You may report a child-safety concern to Textority through textority.com/legal/report or by emailing hello@textority.com.

Do not download, copy, forward, redistribute, or create new copies of suspected child sexual abuse material merely to make a report. When possible, provide non-explicit identifying information such as the relevant URL, username, Channel, account, message identifier, date, time, and a description of the concern. Nothing in this Policy requires a person to investigate suspected exploitation independently.

1. PURPOSE, SCOPE, AND RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER TERMS

1.1 Purpose. Textority prohibits the sexual exploitation and sexual endangerment of minors through the Services. This Policy provides a public child-safety framework for prevention, reporting, review, and platform response without disclosing sensitive internal detection, investigation, or law-enforcement procedures.

1.2 Additional Term. This Policy is an Additional Term under the Textority Terms of Service. The Terms of Service continue to apply in full.

1.3 Related policies. The Age Eligibility Policy governs account eligibility, Teen Users, guardian authorization, and age assurance. The Community and Content Rules and Acceptable Use Policy govern prohibited content and conduct. The Privacy Policy governs relevant personal-information processing. The Non-Consensual Intimate Content Removal Policy provides a specialized removal process for covered intimate content.

1.4 Internal procedure is separate. Textority may maintain a separate internal child sexual abuse material (CSAM) escalation and reporting procedure governing employee or contractor handling, preservation, escalation, and legally required reports. This public Policy does not describe or limit those internal controls.

1.5 Mandatory law. Nothing in this Policy authorizes conduct prohibited by applicable law. Where a law imposes a mandatory reporting, preservation, disclosure, removal, privacy, or cooperation requirement, that law controls within its scope.

1.6 No universal legal classification. Publishing this Policy does not concede that every Textority website, feature, communication, or activity falls within every statutory definition used by child-safety, social-media, privacy, or platform-regulation laws. Textority will apply a legal requirement when it applies to the relevant Service, conduct, User, or information.

2. AGE DEFINITIONS AND TEXTORITY ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Minor. For purposes of the sexual-safety rules in this Policy, a “Minor” means a person under 18 years of age, unless applicable law requires a different definition for a specific legal issue. A lower local age of consent does not make sexual exploitation, solicitation, or sexualized content involving a person under 18 permissible under this Policy.

2.2 Child under 13. A child under 13 may not create or hold a Textority account or use interactive Services intended for account holders under Textority’s current eligibility rules.

2.3 Teen User. An End User who is at least 13 and under 18 may use eligible portions of the Services only under the guardian and age framework described in the Terms of Service and Age Eligibility Policy.

2.4 Adult-only roles. A Teen User may not operate a Channel, sell Creator Offerings, receive Creator payouts, or hold adult-only Creator, business, payment, or administrative roles identified in the Terms of Service or other applicable Textority terms.

2.5 Feature restrictions. Account eligibility does not make every feature, Channel, Creator Offering, communication mode, community, product, or category available to a Teen User. Textority may impose age-based restrictions for safety, law, provider requirements, or product design.

3. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION

3.1 Prohibited conduct. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, sexual solicitation of a minor, sextortion involving a minor, child sex trafficking, coercion of a minor for sexual purposes, and materially similar exploitative conduct are prohibited through the Services.

3.2 No consent defense. A Minor cannot authorize conduct that applicable law or this Policy treats as child sexual exploitation. A Minor’s creation, possession, or transmission of an intimate image of themselves does not authorize another person to solicit, exploit, redistribute, sell, threaten to distribute, or otherwise misuse that material.

3.3 Attempts and facilitation. Attempts, requests, instructions, offers, coordination, payment, referrals, links, or other material assistance intended to obtain, distribute, facilitate, conceal, or profit from prohibited child sexual exploitation may violate this Policy even if the underlying abuse is not completed through the Services.

3.4 No normalization or promotion. Users may not use the Services to promote, encourage, celebrate, normalize, or facilitate sexual abuse or exploitation of minors. Legitimate prevention, reporting, documentary, journalistic, scientific, legal, educational, survivor-support, or public-safety discussion may be permitted when it does not itself facilitate exploitation or display prohibited material.

4. CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE MATERIAL AND SEXUALIZED DEPICTIONS

4.1 CSAM prohibited. Users may not create, upload, transmit, store for distribution, share, sell, request, solicit, trade, link to, or otherwise distribute child sexual abuse material through the Services.

4.2 Sexualization of minors. Users may not post, request, distribute, or facilitate sexualized images, videos, audio, text, roleplay, or other content involving a real or represented Minor where the content violates law or Textority rules.

4.3 Synthetic and altered content. Prohibited content may include sexual deepfakes, nudification, face swaps, photorealistic synthetic depictions, AI-generated material, or other digitally created or altered material that sexually depicts or purports to depict a Minor or sexualizes an identifiable Minor.

4.4 Platform rule may be broader than criminal law. Textority may prohibit material that sexualizes or exploits minors even where a particular item does not satisfy the legal definition of CSAM or another criminal offense. A platform removal or restriction is not a statement that the content or User committed a crime.

4.5 Links and external destinations. A User may not use a Textority profile, Channel, message, file, listing, QR code, redirect, payment flow, or other Service element to direct people to prohibited child sexual content or exploitative activity hosted elsewhere.

4.6 Non-sexual content involving minors. Lawful family, educational, school, sports, artistic, documentary, news, medical, safety, or other non-sexual content involving minors is not prohibited solely because a Minor appears in it. Other privacy, consent, safety, intellectual-property, and age rules continue to apply.

5. GROOMING, SOLICITATION, SEXTORTION, AND PREDATORY CONDUCT

5.1 Grooming. Users may not build trust, secrecy, dependency, emotional leverage, or access to a Minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation, sexual contact, sexual content, trafficking, or another abusive objective.

5.2 Sexual solicitation. Users may not ask, pressure, persuade, entice, pay, reward, or otherwise induce a Minor to provide sexual images, sexual videos, sexual livestreams, sexual communications, or sexual activity.

5.3 Sexual communications with minors. Adults may not send sexually explicit content to a Minor, request sexually explicit content from a Minor, engage a Minor in sexual roleplay or sexualized communications, or use the Services to arrange sexual contact with a Minor.

5.4 Sextortion. Users may not threaten to publish or distribute sexual or intimate material involving a Minor, or use actual or alleged possession of such material, personal information, account access, or reputational threats, to demand money, additional content, sexual activity, secrecy, continued contact, or any other thing of value.

5.5 Trafficking and commercial exploitation. Users may not recruit, advertise, transport, obtain, sell, purchase, facilitate, or profit from the commercial sexual exploitation or trafficking of a Minor.

5.6 Off-platform contact. Users may not use the Services to move a Minor to another app, website, phone number, location, or communication channel for the purpose of evading safeguards, facilitating prohibited sexual conduct, or concealing exploitation.

5.7 Gifts, payments, and manipulation. Gifts, money, discounts, employment, status, access, threats, blackmail, impersonation, deception, or other leverage may not be used to facilitate prohibited sexual or exploitative conduct involving a Minor.

6. AGE-CONTROL EVASION AND UNSAFE ACCESS

6.1 No falsification. Users may not instruct or assist a Minor to falsify age, use another person’s account, falsify guardian authorization, or bypass Textority age, guardian, safety, or adult-only restrictions.

6.2 No under-13 targeting. Creators and other Users may not knowingly direct an account-based interactive Channel or Creator Offering to children under 13, encourage a child under 13 to create an account, or knowingly continue an account-based interactive relationship after learning that the account holder is under 13, except through a Textority process expressly designed and legally permitted for that use.

6.3 Adult sexual content and Teen Users. Sexually explicit content may not be made available to Teen Users through the Services. Textority may restrict access, visibility, recommendations, communications, purchases, or other functionality where reasonably related to age and safety.

6.4 Creator responsibility. A Creator whose Channel or Creator Offering is available to Teen Users must comply with Textority age, safety, privacy, communication, commerce, and content rules and may not use Creator settings to override Textority restrictions.

7. REPORTING CHILD-SAFETY CONCERNS TO TEXTORITY

7.1 Who may report. A User, guardian, victim, witness, organization, or other person may report a suspected child-safety violation through a reporting route Textority makes available. A Textority account is not required to use the public legal reporting route.

7.2 Reporting route. Reports may be submitted through textority.com/legal/report or by emailing hello@textority.com. Textority may provide additional in-product or specialized reporting routes.

7.3 Helpful information. A report should identify the affected account, username, Channel, URL, message, transaction, communication, or other location as specifically as reasonably possible and should describe the suspected safety issue. Reporters may include dates, times, account identifiers, non-explicit screenshots, or other lawful contextual information when useful.

7.4 Do not reproduce suspected CSAM. Do not upload, attach, download, copy, forward, or otherwise create a new copy of suspected CSAM merely to make a Textority report. If the material is already present within the Services, identify where it appears so Textority can evaluate it through appropriate processes.

7.5 Immediate danger. Textority reporting is not an emergency service. If a Minor faces immediate physical danger, imminent sexual abuse, kidnapping, trafficking, or another emergency, contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency authority.

7.6 External reporting. Suspected online child sexual exploitation may be reported directly to NCMEC through the CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678. Reporting to Textority does not prevent a person from reporting directly to law enforcement, NCMEC, a regulator, or another competent authority.

8. HOW TEXTORITY MAY RESPOND

8.1 Review. Textority may review reports, account information, content, metadata, provider signals, transaction information, safety indicators, and other information lawfully available to it when evaluating a child-safety concern.

8.2 Protective action. Depending on the circumstances, Textority may remove or restrict content, disable links or files, restrict communications or features, block transactions, suspend or terminate accounts or Channels, restrict discovery or visibility, preserve relevant records, or take other proportionate measures permitted by the Terms of Service and applicable law.

8.3 High-risk conduct. Textority may take immediate or precautionary action where it reasonably believes delay could create a material risk to a Minor, another person, evidence, the Services, or legal compliance. A temporary safety restriction does not by itself determine criminal liability.

8.4 Related accounts and circumvention. Textority may address accounts, Channels, or other Service access used to evade a prior child-safety enforcement action or materially facilitate the same prohibited conduct.

8.5 Off-platform information. Where permitted by law, Textority may consider reliable information about conduct outside the Services when that information is materially connected to use of the Services, a Textority User, or a credible risk of child exploitation or endangerment.

8.6 No automatic restoration. Removal of an account restriction, content restriction, or other safety action is not automatic. Textority may decline restoration where child safety, law, provider requirements, preservation duties, security, or continuing risk reasonably supports maintaining the action.

9. REQUIRED REPORTING, PRESERVATION, AND COOPERATION

9.1 Federal reporting duties. When Textority is a provider subject to 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and obtains actual knowledge of facts or circumstances that trigger a mandatory report under that law, Textority will make the required report to the NCMEC CyberTipline as soon as reasonably possible.

9.2 Preservation. Textority will preserve covered report content and related material for the period and within the scope required by applicable law, lawful preservation process, or other valid legal obligation. Textority may also preserve information when reasonably necessary and permitted by law for safety, fraud, litigation, or enforcement purposes.

9.3 Law enforcement and authorities. Textority may disclose information to NCMEC, law enforcement, courts, regulators, emergency responders, or other competent authorities when permitted or required by applicable law.

9.4 Emergency disclosures. Where applicable law permits disclosure based on a good-faith belief involving imminent danger of death or serious physical injury, Textority may make an emergency disclosure consistent with the applicable legal standard.

9.5 No expansion of legal duty. This Policy does not expand a statutory reporting, monitoring, preservation, or disclosure obligation beyond what applicable law requires. Textority may nevertheless take additional platform-safety action permitted by its terms and law.

10. MINORS, GUARDIANS, AND VICTIM SAFETY

10.1 Safety-focused treatment. Textority may distinguish between a Minor who appears to be a victim, target, or person depicted in exploitative material and a person who appears to be responsible for exploitation. A Minor is not treated as having authorized exploitation merely because the Minor communicated with the offender or created or sent material of themselves.

10.2 Guardians. A parent or legal guardian may submit a safety, age, privacy, or account-related request concerning a Minor where the guardian has authority to do so and applicable law permits or requires the request.

10.3 Verification. Textority may request information reasonably necessary to verify age, identity, guardianship, authorization, or the relationship to the reported matter when verification is necessary to protect the Minor, another person, or the integrity of the process.

10.4 Limits on disclosure. Textority may limit information provided to a guardian, reporter, User, or other person where disclosure would violate law, expose another person’s information, compromise a child-safety or law-enforcement investigation, create a safety risk, or reveal protected investigative methods. Non-waivable legal rights remain preserved.

10.5 Teen User restrictions. Textority may impose additional communication, visibility, purchase, discovery, file-sharing, community, AI, or other restrictions on Teen Users where reasonably related to safety, privacy, legal compliance, or product design.

11. PRIVACY AND HANDLING OF CHILD-SAFETY INFORMATION

11.1 Privacy framework. Textority processes personal information connected to child-safety reports under the Privacy Policy, applicable regional notices, the Data Retention and Deletion Policy, and applicable law.

11.2 Sensitive information. A child-safety report may contain highly sensitive personal information. Reporters should provide only information reasonably relevant to the concern and should avoid unnecessary reproduction of intimate or illegal material.

11.3 Sharing for safety and law. Textority may disclose report information to the reported User, a guardian, service provider, NCMEC, law enforcement, regulator, professional adviser, or other relevant person when reasonably necessary and permitted or required for safety, investigation, due process, enforcement, preservation, or legal compliance.

11.4 Reporter privacy. Textority may limit disclosure of a reporter’s identity or other report information where disclosure would create a material safety, privacy, legal, security, or integrity risk. Textority does not promise anonymity or absolute confidentiality.

11.5 Children’s privacy. If Textority obtains actual knowledge that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected in circumstances governed by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act or another applicable child-privacy law, Textority will take the steps required by that law. The Services are not offered as an account service for children under 13 under Textority’s current eligibility rules.

12. CREATORS, COMMUNITY OPERATORS, AND BUSINESS USERS

12.1 No independent investigation of illegal material. Creators, community operators, business Users, and team members must not request, download, retain, redistribute, or independently investigate suspected illegal sexual material involving a Minor in an attempt to substantiate a report.

12.2 Escalation. A Creator or community operator who becomes aware of suspected child sexual exploitation or another serious child-safety risk connected to a Textority Channel or community should use the Textority reporting route when Textority intervention is needed and may report directly to NCMEC or law enforcement where appropriate.

12.3 Cooperation. Creators and business Users must reasonably cooperate with lawful Textority safety actions relating to their Channels, team members, communications, Creator Offerings, or Users and must not obstruct a safety review or retaliate against a person for making a good-faith report.

12.4 Independent legal duties. A Creator, professional, organization, or business may have independent child-safety, mandatory-reporting, privacy, licensing, or professional obligations based on its role, jurisdiction, audience, and services. Textority does not assume those independent obligations merely because the person uses the Services.

13. FALSE REPORTS, RETALIATION, AND PROCESS ABUSE

13.1 Good-faith reports. A person does not violate this Policy merely because a good-faith child-safety report is not substantiated.

13.2 False or abusive reports. Knowingly fabricated child-safety reports, forged evidence, impersonation, deliberate misidentification, or other abuse of reporting systems may result in enforcement and may create legal liability.

13.3 No retaliation. Users may not threaten, harass, punish, dox, intimidate, or otherwise retaliate against a person for making or assisting with a good-faith child-safety report, seeking help, or cooperating with a legitimate safety or legal investigation.

14. MODERATION BOUNDARIES AND NO GENERAL MONITORING PROMISE

14.1 No continuous monitoring representation. Textority does not represent that it continuously monitors every User, communication, file, transaction, Channel, or item of content, and this Policy does not create a contractual duty to monitor all activity.

14.2 Review methods. Textority may use User reports, human review, automated systems, metadata, account information, provider signals, or other lawful methods to identify or evaluate potential child-safety violations. This Policy does not promise a particular detection technology, scanning system, hash database, staffing model, review frequency, or response time except where applicable law imposes a specific requirement.

14.3 No safety guarantee. Textority cannot guarantee that prohibited conduct will never occur, that every violation will be identified before harm occurs, or that removed content will not exist or reappear on independent third-party services.

14.4 No endorsement. The continued availability of a User, Channel, message, file, link, Creator Offering, or other content is not a Textority certification that it is lawful, safe, age-appropriate, verified, or free from abuse.

15. EXTERNAL RESOURCES

15.1 NCMEC CyberTipline. Reports of suspected online child sexual exploitation may be submitted at report.cybertip.org or by calling 1-800-843-5678.

15.2 NCMEC Take It Down. A person seeking help concerning nude, partially nude, or sexually explicit images or videos taken when the depicted person was under 18 may review NCMEC’s Take It Down resource at takeitdown.ncmec.org. Use of that external resource is governed by NCMEC’s own terms and processes.

15.3 Emergency assistance. In the United States, call 911 for an emergency. Outside the United States, contact the appropriate local emergency service or law-enforcement authority.

15.4 Independent resources. Textority does not control NCMEC, law enforcement, emergency services, or other third-party resources and does not guarantee their availability, response, or outcome.

16. CHANGES AND ORDER OF PRECEDENCE

16.1 Prospective changes. Textority may update this Policy prospectively in accordance with the Terms of Service, including to respond to changes in law, safety practices, product design, provider requirements, or available reporting and moderation tools.

16.2 Material changes. Textority will provide reasonable notice of a material change where applicable law or the nature of the change requires advance notice and will request affirmative reacceptance where required.

16.3 Order of precedence. Mandatory law controls where it cannot be varied. The order-of-precedence rules in the Terms of Service apply to conflicts among Textority terms. This Policy controls its specific child-safety subject matter to the extent consistent with those rules.
