TEXTORITY PRIVACY CENTER / YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES

Last Updated: September 30, 2026

This Privacy Center explains how individuals can exercise privacy rights and manage privacy choices relating to textority.com, text.me, text.to, lets.talk, the Textority web platform, and related online services made available by Textority Inc. (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Center should be read together with the Textority Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Colombia Privacy Notice and Authorization where applicable, and any other privacy notice or consent that applies to a particular feature, role, or jurisdiction.

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

1.1 What this Privacy Center does. This Privacy Center provides a central explanation of privacy rights, choices, request methods, verification, appeals, and related procedures for personal information processed by Textority.

1.2 Rights depend on applicable law. Privacy rights are not identical in every jurisdiction. A right described in this Privacy Center applies when the law governing the individual and the processing grants that right and the law applies to Textority or the relevant processing activity.

1.3 No expansion of law by description. Describing a possible privacy right does not mean that every privacy law applies to Textority, that every individual has every listed right, or that Textority engages in every type of processing associated with a listed opt-out right.

1.4 More specific notices. A regional, feature-specific, collection-point, AI, cookie, payment, or other privacy notice may provide additional rights, choices, or instructions. Where mandatory law requires a different process, that law controls.

1.5 Creator and third-party processing. This Privacy Center governs privacy requests directed to Textority for processing Textority controls. A Creator, Payment Provider, connected service, or other third party may independently control personal information and may require a separate request under that party’s privacy notice.

2. PRIVACY CHOICES AT A GLANCE

Depending on applicable law and the information involved, you may be able to:

request confirmation of whether Textority processes personal information about you;

request access to personal information and information about how it is processed;

request correction of inaccurate personal information;

request deletion of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions;

request a portable copy of certain personal information where the law provides portability rights;

withdraw consent or authorization for processing that depends on consent or authorization, where withdrawal is legally available;

opt out of covered sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling where applicable law provides that right;

limit or object to certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable law provides that right;

manage cookie and similar-technology preferences where Textority provides a preference control;

unsubscribe from marketing communications while continuing to receive required service, security, transaction, and legal communications;

request account closure or deletion, subject to applicable retention requirements;

use an authorized agent, guardian, representative, or other legally permitted person to exercise rights on your behalf; and

appeal certain privacy-request decisions where applicable law provides an appeal right.

3. RIGHT TO CONFIRM, KNOW, OR ACCESS

3.1 Confirmation. Where applicable law provides the right, you may ask whether Textority processes personal information about you.

3.2 Access. You may request access to personal information that Textority maintains about you to the extent required by applicable law. Depending on the law, an access response may include specific personal information, categories of personal information, categories of sources, processing purposes, categories of recipients, or other required information.

3.3 Account information. Some information may already be available through account or profile settings. Using a self-service feature does not prevent you from making a statutory access request when applicable law gives you additional rights.

3.4 Limits. Textority may withhold, redact, or limit information where disclosure would adversely affect another person’s rights, reveal protected security information, disclose legally protected material, expose trade secrets, undermine fraud or abuse controls, or fall within another lawful exception.

4. RIGHT TO CORRECT OR UPDATE

4.1 Correction. Where applicable law provides the right, you may request correction of inaccurate personal information maintained by Textority.

4.2 Updating information. You may also update information directly through available account or profile controls where Textority provides those controls.

4.3 Reasonable review. Textority may consider the nature of the information, the purpose for which it is processed, records supporting accuracy, and information you provide when evaluating a correction request.

4.4 Historical and transaction records. Correcting current account information does not necessarily require Textority to rewrite an accurate historical transaction, consent, security, legal, or audit record. Where appropriate, Textority may preserve the historical record while recording the corrected current information or a correction note.

5. RIGHT TO DELETE OR REQUEST SUPPRESSION

5.1 Deletion requests. Where applicable law provides the right, you may request deletion of personal information maintained by Textority.

5.2 Deletion is not always absolute. Textority may retain personal information where an applicable exception or continuing purpose permits or requires retention, including for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax, accounting, transactions, payments, disputes, chargebacks, safety, content enforcement, preservation obligations, establishment or defense of legal claims, or other purposes recognized by law.

5.3 Backups and residual copies. Deletion from an active account or production system may not immediately remove information from backups, legal holds, security records, archived transaction records, or other systems where continued retention is lawfully required or reasonably necessary. Residual information remains subject to applicable protections while retained.

5.4 Deletion and purchased or Creator obligations. A deletion request does not automatically cancel a subscription, reverse a transaction, eliminate a refund or dispute record, release a Creator from buyer obligations, or require Textority to destroy records that must be maintained for an existing transaction or legal obligation.

5.5 Account deletion. Account deletion is addressed further in Section 13 and any applicable Account Deletion Policy or account-deletion flow Textority makes available.

6. RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY OR A COPY

6.1 Portable copy. Where applicable law provides a portability right, you may request a copy of covered personal information in the form required by that law, taking into account the information and the technical context.

6.2 Scope. Portability rights generally do not require Textority to disclose information that is not about you, protected system information, another person’s confidential information, trade secrets, or information excluded by applicable law.

6.3 No guaranteed export format outside legal requirements. Unless applicable law requires a particular format, this Privacy Center does not promise a universal export format, API, machine-readable schema, or delivery method for every category of information.

7.1 When withdrawal may apply. If Textority relies on your consent or authorization for a particular processing activity, you may withdraw that consent or authorization where applicable law allows withdrawal.

7.2 Prospective effect. Withdrawal ordinarily applies prospectively. It does not invalidate processing that was lawful before withdrawal and does not require Textority to stop processing supported by another lawful basis or exception.

7.3 Necessary processing. Withdrawing optional consent does not necessarily prevent Textority from processing information that is reasonably necessary to provide a requested service, complete a transaction, maintain security, comply with law, or fulfill another valid purpose that does not depend on the withdrawn consent.

7.4 Colombia. Colombian Titulares should also review the Colombia Privacy Notice and Authorization, which explains revocation and suppression rights under the Colombian personal-data framework.

8. SALE, SHARING, TARGETED ADVERTISING, AND PROFILING OPT-OUTS

8.1 Conditional rights. Some U.S. state privacy laws provide rights to opt out of processing legally defined as the sale of personal data, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

8.2 No statement that covered processing occurs. This Privacy Center does not state that Textority currently sells personal information, shares personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, conducts targeted advertising, or performs legally covered profiling. The legal meaning of those terms varies by jurisdiction and depends on the actual processing.

8.3 How an applicable opt-out will work. If Textority becomes subject to a law that grants an opt-out right and Textority engages in processing covered by that right, Textority will provide or honor the opt-out mechanism required for that processing. The mechanism may include a privacy choice control, an account setting, an applicable preference signal, or another method permitted by law.

8.4 Universal opt-out preference signals. Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid universal opt-out mechanism or preference signal, and the signal applies to the processing at issue, Textority will process the signal as required by that law.

8.5 Scope of browser or device signals. A browser- or device-based preference signal may apply to the browser, device, account, or processing scope required by applicable law and the technical context. This Privacy Center does not promise that every preference signal will automatically change all account-level settings across every device unless the applicable law requires that result and the relevant account can be reliably associated.

9. SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION

9.1 Conditional rights. Some privacy laws provide additional rights concerning information classified as sensitive, including consent requirements, limits on processing, or rights to withdraw or limit certain uses.

9.2 No universal classification. Information treated as sensitive differs by jurisdiction. Textority will apply the definition and rights that govern the particular processing.

9.3 Separate consent where required. If a law requires consent or authorization before a covered use of sensitive personal information, Textority will use the applicable consent or authorization process rather than treating acceptance of the Terms of Service or general Privacy Policy as sufficient.

9.4 Colombia. Colombian rules concerning sensitive data are addressed in the Colombia Privacy Notice and Authorization. Providing sensitive data is voluntary except where a requested feature or legal relationship lawfully requires information and the applicable requirements are satisfied.

10. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING AND PROFILING

10.1 Conditional rights. Certain laws may provide notice, access, opt-out, appeal, or other rights when automated decision-making or profiling is used for specified high-impact or legally significant purposes.

10.2 Textority AI is not automatically covered decision-making. The existence of Textority AI, automation, recommendations, classification, or assistance does not by itself mean that Textority uses legally regulated automated decision-making for a particular individual.

10.3 Covered use. If Textority uses automated decision-making or profiling in a manner that triggers a legally required consumer right, Textority will provide the notice and choice required for the covered use by the applicable compliance date.

10.4 Human review where required. If applicable law requires a human appeal or review mechanism for a covered automated decision, Textority will provide the mechanism required by that law for the covered decision.

11.1 Cookie Policy. The Textority Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies may be used and how categories and legal requirements can differ.

11.2 Preference controls. Where Textority provides a cookie or privacy preference control, you may use that control to make the choices displayed for your jurisdiction and the technologies actually enabled.

11.3 Browser controls. Browsers and devices may provide controls that block, delete, or limit cookies or other storage. Using those controls may affect functionality that depends on the blocked technology.

11.4 Privacy signals. Cookie preferences and statutory opt-out signals are not always legally equivalent. Where a privacy law requires Textority to honor a qualifying opt-out preference signal for covered sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activity, Textority will treat that signal according to the applicable law rather than assuming that an ordinary cookie preference alone satisfies the statutory right.

12. MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION CHOICES

12.1 Marketing email. If Textority sends a marketing or promotional email, you may use the unsubscribe method included in that communication or another preference method Textority makes available.

12.2 Operational communications. An unsubscribe from marketing does not stop communications reasonably necessary for account administration, security, legal notices, transactions, subscriptions, support, or operation of an active service.

12.3 Creator communications. A Creator may independently control certain audience or customer communications. A request about a Creator’s independent marketing may need to be directed to that Creator. Textority may still enforce its own messaging rules and process requests relating to processing Textority controls.

12.4 SMS, calls, and regulated channels. Acceptance of this Privacy Center or the Privacy Policy does not constitute consent to receive marketing text messages, automated calls, or other communications for which applicable law requires separate consent. Where Textority provides an opt-out or revocation method for such a channel, you may use that method as instructed.

13. ACCOUNT CLOSURE AND ACCOUNT DELETION

13.1 Closing an account. Account closure stops or limits ordinary use of the account according to the applicable product flow but does not necessarily delete all personal information associated with the account.

13.2 Deletion request. If you want Textority to evaluate deletion of personal information, submit a deletion request using the method in Section 17 or any account-deletion control Textority makes available.

13.3 Active subscriptions and transactions. Before closing an account, you should review active subscriptions, Creator Offerings, payouts, balances, disputes, purchased access, or other obligations that may require separate action. Account deletion is not a substitute for cancellation of a recurring charge or resolution of an outstanding transaction.

13.4 Retained records. Textority may retain records after account closure or deletion where permitted or required as described in the Privacy Policy and Section 5 of this Privacy Center.

14. AUTHORIZED AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND GUARDIANS

14.1 Authorized agents. Where applicable law permits an authorized agent to submit a privacy request, the agent may submit the request on your behalf.

14.2 Proof of authority. Textority may request reasonable evidence that the agent is authorized to act for you and may, where permitted, ask you to verify your identity or confirm directly that you authorized the request.

14.3 Guardians and representatives. A parent, legal guardian, conservator, personal representative, attorney-in-fact, or other legally authorized person may exercise rights for another person when applicable law permits and the person’s authority is reasonably verified.

14.4 No unnecessary disclosure. Verifying authority does not entitle an agent or representative to receive more personal information than the law authorizes.

15. CHILDREN AND TEEN USERS

15.1 Children under 13. The Services are not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not create accounts or use interactive Services intended for account holders. Requests involving a child under 13 will be handled under applicable child-privacy law and the circumstances of the request.

15.2 Teen Users. Teen Users are subject to the age and guardian framework in the Terms of Service. A guardian may exercise rights for a Teen User where applicable law permits or requires it.

15.3 Age or guardianship verification. Textority may request reasonable information to verify age, guardianship, identity, or authority where necessary to process a request concerning a minor.

15.4 Best interests and local law. Where local law provides heightened protections for minors, Textority will apply the protections required for the processing within scope.

16. COLOMBIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

16.1 Colombia notice. If Colombia’s personal-data regime applies to your information, review the Textority Colombia Privacy Notice and Authorization together with this Privacy Center.

16.2 Rights of the Titular. Subject to applicable Colombian law, a Titular may know, update, and rectify personal data; request proof of authorization where applicable; request information about the use of personal data; access personal data as provided by law; request revocation of authorization or suppression where legally available; and submit complaints to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio after completing any prior procedure required by law.

16.3 Consultations. A request to consult personal data under Article 14 of Law 1581 of 2012 is handled within the legally required period. As of the Last Updated date, the ordinary maximum is ten (10) business days from receipt, with an additional period of up to five (5) business days when the legal conditions for an extension are satisfied and the delay is communicated.

16.4 Claims. A request for correction, updating, suppression, revocation where available, or a claim of noncompliance is handled under the claim procedure required by Article 15 of Law 1581 of 2012. As of the Last Updated date, a complete claim is ordinarily subject to a maximum response period of fifteen (15) business days counted from the day after receipt, with an additional period of up to eight (8) business days where the legal conditions for an extension are satisfied and the delay is communicated.

16.5 Incomplete claims. If a Colombia claim is incomplete, Textority may request completion within the period permitted by Colombian law. The consequences of failing to complete the claim are governed by that law.

16.6 Complaint to the SIC. Where Colombian law requires exhaustion of Textority’s consultation or claim procedure before a complaint to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, the Titular should complete the applicable procedure first.

17. HOW TO SUBMIT A PRIVACY REQUEST

17.1 Email requests. You may submit a privacy request by emailing hello@textority.com. To help route the request, use a subject such as “Privacy Request” and identify the right you want to exercise.

17.2 Information to include. Provide enough information to identify the relevant account or processing activity, such as the email address or username associated with the Services, the country or state relevant to your request when needed to determine applicable rights, and a clear description of the request.

17.3 Do not send unnecessary sensitive information. Do not send passwords, full payment-card information, authentication codes, or unrelated sensitive documents merely to make a privacy request. If additional verification is necessary, Textority will identify what is reasonably required.

17.4 Other request methods. If Textority makes a privacy request form, account control, privacy settings page, or other request method available, you may use that method according to the instructions displayed. The availability of a method may vary by jurisdiction or request type.

17.5 Requests involving immediate safety or account compromise. A privacy request channel is not an emergency service. If your account is compromised, use available account-security or support routes in addition to any privacy request. If there is an immediate threat to life or physical safety, contact appropriate emergency services.

18. VERIFICATION OF REQUESTS

18.1 Purpose of verification. Verification protects personal information from unauthorized access, deletion, alteration, or disclosure.

18.2 Proportionate verification. Textority may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, account association, authority, guardianship, agency, or other entitlement to make the request. Verification measures may differ based on the sensitivity of the information, the right requested, the risk of harm, and applicable law.

18.3 Use of verification information. Information collected specifically to verify a privacy request will be used for verification, fraud prevention, security, compliance, and request administration as permitted by law and will not be used to make the request unnecessarily difficult.

18.4 Unable to verify. If Textority cannot reasonably verify a request that applicable law permits or requires Textority to verify, Textority may deny or limit the request and will provide the explanation required by applicable law.

18.5 Opt-out requests. Certain opt-out rights may be subject to different verification rules. Textority will not impose identity verification on a request when the applicable law prohibits or limits verification for that type of request.

19. RESPONSE TIMING, FEES, AND COMMUNICATIONS

19.1 Applicable deadlines. Textority will respond within the period required by the privacy law applicable to the request. Because deadlines differ by jurisdiction and request type, this Privacy Center does not impose one universal response period on every request.

19.2 U.S. state laws. Where an applicable U.S. comprehensive state privacy law requires an initial response within a specified period, Textority will follow that period and any legally permitted extension and notice requirements. Several such laws use a 45-day initial response period, but the governing statute controls for each request.

19.3 California. Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to Textority and the request, Textority will apply the response, confirmation, verification, extension, and other procedures required by the then-current CCPA and its regulations.

19.4 Colombia. Colombia consultation and claim periods are described in Section 16.

19.5 Fees. Textority generally does not charge for exercising a privacy right where applicable law requires a free response. If a law permits a reasonable fee or refusal for manifestly unfounded, excessive, repetitive, or abusive requests, Textority may use that option only as permitted by that law.

19.6 Communication of decision. If Textority denies or partially denies a request, Textority will provide the explanation and instructions required by applicable law, including appeal information where a statutory appeal right applies.

20. PRIVACY APPEALS

20.1 When an appeal is available. Some U.S. state privacy laws allow a consumer to appeal a controller’s refusal to act on a privacy request. An appeal right applies only where the governing law provides it.

20.2 How to appeal. Unless Textority provides another appeal method for the applicable jurisdiction, you may email hello@textority.com with the subject “Privacy Appeal” and identify the original request and the decision you want reviewed.

20.3 Review. Textority will review a valid appeal independently or with appropriate escalation and will respond within the time required by the applicable law.

20.4 Regulatory complaint information. If an applicable law requires Textority to provide information about contacting a regulator or attorney general after an appeal is denied, Textority will provide that information with the appeal decision.

21. EXCEPTIONS AND LIMITATIONS

21.1 Legal exceptions. Privacy rights can be subject to exceptions. Textority may deny, limit, or defer a request to the extent permitted or required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, transactions, payments, chargebacks, disputes, safety, intellectual-property protection, free expression, internal operations permitted by law, preservation obligations, legal claims, or protection of another person’s rights.

21.2 Other persons’ information. A request about communications, transactions, community content, team activity, or other multi-user records may involve another person’s rights. Textority may redact or withhold information as necessary to protect those rights.

21.3 Deidentified information. Rights may not apply to information that has been lawfully deidentified or aggregated so that it is not treated as personal information under the applicable law.

21.4 No deletion of another person’s lawful content solely through your request. A privacy request does not automatically require deletion of another User’s independent records or lawful content merely because it refers to you. Other legal or reporting mechanisms may apply depending on the material.

22. NON-DISCRIMINATION AND NO RETALIATION

22.1 No unlawful discrimination. Textority will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right that applies to you.

22.2 Service differences permitted by law. This section does not prevent Textority from making a lawful service change that is reasonably related to the information necessary for a requested feature or from offering a program permitted by applicable law under properly disclosed terms.

22.3 Creator retaliation. A Creator may not use Textority to retaliate unlawfully against an End User for exercising a privacy right. A dispute involving a Creator’s independent conduct may also need to be directed to the Creator or an appropriate authority depending on the circumstances.

23. REQUESTS INVOLVING CREATOR-CONTROLLED DATA

23.1 Creator as independent decision-maker. A Creator may independently determine how to use personal information obtained through a Channel or Creator relationship. For that independent processing, the Creator may be the party legally responsible for the privacy request.

23.2 Textority-controlled processing. Textority remains responsible for requests concerning processing for which Textority determines the purposes and means or otherwise has a legal obligation to act.

23.3 Routing. If Textority receives a request that principally concerns processing controlled by a Creator, Textority may direct the requester to the Creator, notify the Creator, assist with routing, or take another action appropriate to Textority’s role and applicable law.

23.4 No transfer of Textority obligations. A Creator’s independent obligations do not eliminate a privacy obligation that applicable law independently places on Textority.

24. PAYMENT PROVIDERS AND OTHER THIRD PARTIES

24.1 Independent processing. Payment Providers, identity-verification providers, connected services, external websites, and other third parties may independently process personal information under their own privacy notices and legal responsibilities.

24.2 Requests to third parties. Textority can process a request only within the information and systems Textority controls or for which Textority has a legal obligation to act. You may need to submit a separate request to a third party for its independent processing.

24.3 Textority assistance. Where Textority is contractually or legally required to assist with a request involving a service provider acting on Textority’s behalf, Textority may coordinate with that provider as necessary to fulfill the request.

25. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY CENTER

25.1 Prospective changes. Textority may update this Privacy Center prospectively to reflect changes in applicable law, privacy rights, request methods, the Services, or Textority’s processing practices.

25.2 Material changes. Where applicable law or the nature of a change requires notice, Textority will provide the notice or obtain the consent or authorization required before the change applies to covered processing.

25.3 Current version. The current version will display its Last Updated date.
