TEXTORITY AI TRANSPARENCY NOTICE

Last Updated: September 30, 2026

This AI Transparency Notice explains how Textority Inc. (“Textority”) identifies and describes artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, automated assistance, and related functionality made available through the Services (collectively, “AI Features”). It is intended to help Users understand when AI may be involved, what AI Features can and cannot be expected to do, when human involvement may occur, and where to find additional information.

This Notice supplements the Textority Terms of Service (“Terms”), Textority AI Additional Terms (“AI Terms”), Privacy Policy, Creator Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, Community and Content Rules, Age Eligibility Policy, Child Safety Policy, and other applicable Textority terms and notices. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms or AI Terms. If this Notice conflicts with binding Terms, the applicable Terms control to the extent of the conflict, subject to mandatory law.

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

1.1 Transparency purpose. Textority aims to provide meaningful notice when AI is used in a manner that reasonably calls for disclosure under the applicable feature, Textority rules, or law. The form, timing, and wording of a disclosure may vary by feature, communication channel, jurisdiction, and use case.

1.2 AI Features covered. AI Features may include conversational assistance, drafting, summarization, translation, classification, recommendations, knowledge retrieval, content transformation, workflow assistance, automated responses, or other AI-assisted functionality that Textority actually enables.

1.3 No feature commitment. Mentioning a capability, safeguard, label, model, provider, or workflow in this Notice does not mean that Textority currently offers or will offer that item. Availability may vary by User, Channel, account, plan, country, language, provider, device, or configuration.

1.4 Feature-specific notices. A particular AI Feature may display additional notices, labels, consent flows, warnings, controls, or instructions. Those materials apply to that feature and may provide more specific information than this general Notice.

2. HOW TO KNOW WHEN AI IS INVOLVED

2.1 AI identification. When Textority identifies an interaction, assistant, response, or other output as AI-generated, AI-assisted, automated, or not human, that identification is intended to inform the recipient that AI is materially involved in the interaction or content.

2.2 Disclosure formats. Depending on the feature or channel, an AI disclosure may appear as an introductory message, label, badge, name, footer, interface notice, statement within a conversation, or other clear notice appropriate to the interaction.

2.3 Names and avatars. An AI assistant may be given a name, image, voice, style, persona, or branding by Textority or a Creator. Those presentation choices do not mean that the assistant is a human being, licensed professional, employee, agent, or independent person.

2.4 Creator-configured AI. A Creator may configure an AI Feature to communicate in the Creator’s voice, use Creator-provided knowledge sources, follow Creator instructions, or operate under Creator branding. The Creator remains responsible for required disclosures that apply to the Creator’s own business, occupation, jurisdiction, or use case.

2.5 No concealment of required disclosures. Users may not intentionally remove, falsify, conceal, or materially defeat an AI disclosure supplied or required by Textority when doing so would mislead another person or violate applicable law or Textority terms.

3. HUMAN INVOLVEMENT AND AUTOMATION

3.1 AI-assisted does not mean fully automated. Some AI Features may assist a human who reviews, edits, approves, or sends the resulting content. Other features may be configured to operate automatically within the limits of the enabled workflow.

3.2 Automated responses. Where a Creator or other authorized User enables automated responses, a particular response may be generated and sent without that person reviewing the response before delivery. Users should not assume that a human reviewed every AI-generated or automated message.

3.3 Human review is not universal. Textority does not represent that a Textority employee, Creator, or other human reviews every Input, Output, message, classification, recommendation, or Automated Action before or after it occurs.

3.4 Human escalation. Some AI Features may provide a way to request human assistance, contact a Creator or business, or reach Textority support. Availability, timing, and scope of human assistance depend on the particular feature and responsible party. This Notice does not promise immediate or live human review for every AI interaction.

3.5 Responsible party. A response generated through a Creator-configured AI Feature may reflect Creator instructions or materials, but Textority does not thereby become the Creator, seller, professional, or substantive provider of the Creator’s offering. Roles remain governed by the applicable Textority terms and transaction structure.

4. WHAT AI FEATURES CAN DO

4.1 Assist with information and workflows. Depending on the enabled feature, AI may help generate or transform content, summarize information, translate material, retrieve information from permitted sources, organize or classify content, answer questions, recommend next steps, or assist with supported workflows.

4.2 Use available context. An AI Feature may use Input and context made available to it for the enabled function, such as conversation history, Creator instructions, permitted knowledge sources, account context, or other information described in the applicable privacy and AI notices.

4.3 Perform supported actions. Where Textority enables an action-capable AI Feature, it may perform or initiate only the actions permitted by the feature, configuration, permissions, and applicable restrictions. Textority may limit or disable actions involving identity, payments, account control, safety, regulated services, access control, or other sensitive functions.

4.4 Capabilities can change. Models, providers, context limits, languages, response quality, tools, integrations, usage limits, and supported functions may change over time. A prior result or capability does not guarantee the same result or capability in the future.

5. IMPORTANT AI LIMITATIONS

5.1 AI can be wrong. AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, offensive, misleading, fabricated, internally inconsistent, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. AI can present incorrect information confidently.

5.2 Verify important information. Users should independently verify material facts, calculations, quotations, citations, references, transaction details, legal requirements, professional conclusions, and other information that could materially affect a decision or action.

5.3 No guarantee of source attribution. An AI Feature may not reliably identify the original source of a statement or reproduce source material exactly. A generated citation, quotation, link, authority, or reference may be incomplete or incorrect and should be independently checked.

5.4 Bias and context limits. AI systems can reflect limitations in training data, source materials, instructions, context, evaluation methods, and model design. Output may omit relevant context or perform differently across languages, topics, populations, or use cases.

5.5 No Textority endorsement. AI Output does not necessarily represent Textority’s views, verification, approval, recommendation, or endorsement. Availability of an Output does not mean that Textority has reviewed or certified it.

6. PROFESSIONAL, HIGH-IMPACT, AND EMERGENCY USES

6.1 No professional advice from Textority AI. Textority AI does not provide legal, medical, mental-health, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice on behalf of Textority. A Creator may not use AI to bypass licensing, supervision, disclosure, category, or other professional obligations.

6.2 No emergency use. The Services and AI Features are not emergency, crisis-response, suicide-intervention, medical-emergency, or public-safety dispatch services. A person facing immediate danger or an emergency should contact appropriate emergency services or qualified local resources.

6.3 Sensitive and consequential decisions. Textority may restrict AI use for decisions involving account ownership, identity, payments, safety, access, professional services, or other sensitive matters. This Notice does not represent that current AI Features make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.

6.4 Future regulated decision-making. If Textority introduces an AI or automated decision-making use that triggers specific notice, assessment, explanation, appeal, consent, opt-out, human-review, or other legal requirements, Textority will provide the protections required for that use when applicable.

7. AI-GENERATED AND AI-ASSISTED CONTENT

7.1 Same content rules apply. AI-generated, AI-assisted, transformed, translated, summarized, recommended, scheduled, or distributed content remains subject to the Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, Community and Content Rules, Child Safety Policy, Intellectual Property Policy, and other applicable Textority rules.

7.2 User responsibility. A User that publishes, sends, sells, distributes, or otherwise relies on AI-assisted content remains responsible for the downstream use of that content and for any verification, permission, disclosure, consent, professional review, or other safeguard required for that use.

7.3 Rights are not guaranteed. Textority does not represent that AI-generated or AI-assisted content is copyrightable, unique, exclusive, noninfringing, or owned by a particular User. Rights depend on applicable law, human authorship and contribution, Input, third-party rights, and the specific Output.

7.4 Synthetic media and provenance. Where Textority provides or is required to provide an AI-generated-content label, provenance signal, metadata, watermark, or similar disclosure for particular content, Users must not remove or manipulate it in a manner prohibited by law or Textority terms. This Notice does not state that every AI Output includes such a mechanism.

8. SAFETY, MINORS, AND ABUSE PREVENTION

8.1 Safety rules apply. AI Features may not be used to facilitate child exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, non-consensual intimate content, unlawful digital replicas, fraud, scams, deceptive impersonation, extortion, harassment, stalking, doxxing, malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, fabricated evidence, or other prohibited or unlawful activity.

8.2 Minors and Teen Users. Access to AI Features is subject to the Terms, Age Eligibility Policy, Child Safety Policy, and feature-specific age controls. Textority may restrict or disable particular AI Features for Teen Users or other age groups where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or product design.

8.3 Children under 13. Textority’s current account eligibility framework does not permit children under 13 to create accounts or use interactive Services intended for account holders. AI Features do not create an exception to that rule unless Textority expressly establishes a separate legally compliant service.

8.4 Safety controls are not perfect. Textority may use safety filters, usage limits, blocked actions, human review, automated systems, provider controls, or other lawful methods to reduce misuse. No safeguard can guarantee that every harmful, inaccurate, or prohibited Output will be prevented or detected.

9. DATA AND PRIVACY TRANSPARENCY

9.1 AI processing. AI Features may process prompts, messages, files, instructions, knowledge sources, configurations, conversation context, account or transaction context, Outputs, feedback, and other information made available to the feature for the enabled purpose.

9.2 Third-party AI Providers. Textority may use third-party AI Providers or related service providers to support AI Features. Information may be transmitted to those providers as reasonably necessary for the enabled feature, subject to applicable provider arrangements, Textority notices, contractual terms, and law.

9.3 No blanket training statement in this Notice. This Notice does not state that User Content is always used, never used, or used in a particular manner for model training or improvement. The applicable Privacy Policy, How Textority AI Uses Data notice, feature-specific disclosure, setting, provider arrangement, or written agreement governs material practices concerning those uses.

9.4 Retention varies. Textority does not promise one universal retention period for all AI-related information. Retention depends on the applicable feature, data category, provider arrangement, operational need, legal requirement, safety need, and the Data Retention and Deletion Policy.

9.5 Privacy rights. Where applicable privacy or AI law provides rights relating to personal information, profiling, automated decision-making, sensitive data, access, correction, deletion, appeal, or opt-out, Textority will apply those rights when the legal requirements and thresholds for the relevant processing are met.

10. CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES FOR AI TRANSPARENCY

10.1 Creator disclosures. A Creator that deploys AI Features to interact with End Users is responsible for providing any additional disclosure required for the Creator’s own business, occupation, jurisdiction, communication channel, or use case. A Textority disclosure does not necessarily satisfy every independent legal duty of the Creator.

10.2 Configuration responsibility. Creators are responsible for prompts, knowledge sources, response rules, workflows, permissions, automations, and other configurations they control, and should reasonably test and supervise AI-enabled workflows appropriate to the risk of the use.

10.3 No false human representation. A Creator must not present an AI assistant as a specific real person, licensed professional, employee, or live human operator in a materially deceptive manner. Lawful branding, naming, style, or persona choices remain permitted when they do not create a prohibited deception.

10.4 Communications laws still apply. Using AI or automation does not remove obligations concerning marketing consent, sender identification, opt-outs, telemarketing, privacy, consumer protection, professional communications, or other laws that apply to the underlying communication.

11. REPORTING, QUESTIONS, AND HUMAN CONTACT

11.1 Questions about an AI interaction. If a User is unsure whether a particular interaction is AI-generated or automated, the User may ask within the interaction when that method is available or use the contact route provided by the responsible Creator, business, or Textority.

11.2 Report misuse. Suspected AI-related fraud, impersonation, child-safety concerns, non-consensual intimate content, intellectual-property violations, harassment, security abuse, or other prohibited conduct may be reported through the applicable route in the Textority Legal Center or Report a Problem page.

11.3 Human support. General questions about Textority AI, this Notice, or applicable Textority policies may be submitted to Textority through the contact information below. Textority does not promise that every question will be answered by a live person immediately or that a human will replace an AI Feature in every workflow.

12. CHANGES AND CONTACT

12.1 Updates. Textority may update this Notice as AI Features, legal requirements, product configurations, and transparency practices evolve. A change to this explanatory Notice does not by itself retroactively modify binding Terms or completed transaction rights.

12.2 Mandatory law. Nothing in this Notice limits a disclosure, notice, consent, explanation, human-review, or other right that applicable law requires for a particular AI use.
