TEXTORITY AI ADDITIONAL TERMS

Last Updated: September 30, 2026

These Textority AI Additional Terms (“AI Terms”) apply to artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, automated assistance, and related features that Textority Inc. (“Textority”) makes available through the Services (collectively, “AI Features”). These AI Terms are Additional Terms under the Textority Terms of Service (“Terms”) and supplement the Terms, Creator Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, Community and Content Rules, Privacy Policy, Age Eligibility Policy, Child Safety Policy, and other applicable Textority policies and Additional Terms.

Capitalized terms not defined in these AI Terms have the meanings given in the Terms. By accessing or using an AI Feature after these AI Terms have been made applicable to that feature or use, you agree to these AI Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. SCOPE AND RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER TERMS

1.1 AI Features. AI Features may include drafting, summarization, translation, classification, recommendations, conversational assistance, automated responses, content transformation, knowledge retrieval, workflow assistance, or other AI-assisted functionality that Textority actually enables. Mentioning a capability in these AI Terms does not mean that Textority currently offers or will offer that capability.

1.2 Feature-specific terms. An AI Feature may have additional notices, product instructions, limits, consent flows, pricing terms, provider terms, safety controls, or jurisdiction-specific requirements. Those materials apply when presented and may further limit permitted use.

1.3 Order of precedence. The order-of-precedence rules in Section 30.5 of the Terms apply. These AI Terms control over the Terms only for their specific AI subject matter. Mandatory law always controls where it cannot be varied by agreement.

1.4 No expansion of regulated services. AI Features do not enable a product, service, professional activity, transaction, or category that is otherwise prohibited or restricted under the Terms, Creator Terms, Prohibited Products and Services Policy, or applicable law.

2. DEFINITIONS

2.1 Input. “Input” means prompts, instructions, messages, files, images, audio, video, knowledge sources, data, configurations, examples, context, or other material submitted or made available to an AI Feature by or for a User.

2.2 Output. “Output” means text, images, audio, video, classifications, recommendations, summaries, translations, responses, suggested actions, or other material generated or returned by an AI Feature in response to Input or enabled context.

2.3 AI Provider. “AI Provider” means a third party whose model, service, infrastructure, tool, or technology Textority uses to provide or support an AI Feature.

2.4 Creator Configuration. “Creator Configuration” means prompts, instructions, knowledge sources, rules, workflows, automations, permissions, tools, actions, or other settings configured by a Creator or authorized User for an AI Feature.

2.5 Automated Action. “Automated Action” means an action initiated or performed through an AI Feature or automation, including sending a communication, routing information, changing a workflow state, or invoking another supported function. An Output that merely suggests an action is not itself an Automated Action.

3. AVAILABILITY, MODELS, AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

3.1 Availability may change. Textority may add, modify, restrict, suspend, replace, or discontinue an AI Feature, model, capability, integration, usage limit, or provider, subject to the Terms and applicable law. Textority does not guarantee continued access to a particular model, model version, provider, feature, language, latency level, or capability.

3.2 Third-party technology. AI Features may depend on AI Providers and other third-party services. Textority may transmit information to those providers as reasonably necessary to provide the enabled feature, subject to applicable privacy notices, provider arrangements, and law.

3.3 Provider restrictions. AI Providers may impose technical, safety, geographic, content, rate, or usage restrictions that Textority must apply. Textority may enforce those restrictions even when the underlying activity would otherwise be permitted by Textority.

3.4 No direct provider relationship unless stated. Use of an AI Feature does not by itself create a direct contractual relationship between you and an AI Provider. Separate provider terms apply only when they are presented to you or otherwise legally apply to your use.

4. INPUTS, RIGHTS, AND USER RESPONSIBILITY

4.1 Your responsibility for Input. You are responsible for the Input you submit or make available and for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, licenses, consents, and lawful basis necessary for Textority and applicable AI Providers to process that Input for the enabled feature.

4.2 No unauthorized material. You must not submit Input that unlawfully infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, trade-secret, data-protection, or other rights, or that you are prohibited from providing to the Services.

4.3 Sensitive and confidential information. Before submitting sensitive, confidential, privileged, regulated, or third-party information to an AI Feature, you are responsible for determining whether that use is permitted and appropriate for the feature and your obligations. Do not use an AI Feature as a substitute for safeguards, confidentiality controls, consents, professional duties, or contractual protections that apply to the information.

4.4 Creator knowledge sources. A Creator that connects or supplies knowledge sources remains responsible for having the rights and authority to use those sources and for configuring access so that the AI Feature does not expose information to people who are not authorized to receive it.

4.5 User Content. Input remains subject to the ownership and license provisions that apply to User Content under the Terms. Submission to an AI Feature does not transfer ownership of your Input to Textority except for the limited rights necessary to operate the Services as provided in the Terms and applicable Additional Terms.

5. OUTPUTS AND PERMITTED USE

5.1 Output limitations. AI systems can produce Output that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, offensive, misleading, fabricated, internally inconsistent, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Output may appear confident even when it is wrong. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying Output before relying on, publishing, sending, selling, distributing, or acting on it.

5.2 Verify important information. You should independently verify material facts, calculations, quotations, citations, references, legal requirements, professional conclusions, transaction details, and other important information before relying on Output.

5.3 Lawful use. Subject to these AI Terms, the Terms, third-party rights, and applicable law, you may use Output generated for you for lawful purposes. When Output is saved, published, transmitted, sold, incorporated into a Creator Offering, or otherwise used through the Services, it is subject to the same Textority rules that apply to comparable human-created User Content.

5.4 No ownership guarantee. Textority does not represent or warrant that Output is copyrightable, patentable, protectable, unique, exclusive, noninfringing, or owned by you. Rights in AI-generated or AI-assisted material depend on applicable law, the nature of the human contribution, the Input, third-party rights, and the specific Output.

5.5 Similar outputs. Because of the nature of AI systems, different Users may receive the same or similar Output. Your receipt or use of Output does not give you rights in another User’s Input or Output and does not prevent Textority or an AI Provider from generating similar material for others.

5.6 No Textority endorsement. Output does not necessarily reflect Textority’s views, recommendations, verification, approval, or endorsement. Availability of an Output does not mean Textority has reviewed or certified it.

6. AI DISCLOSURE, IDENTITY, AND HUMAN REPRESENTATION

6.1 No deceptive human impersonation. You must not use an AI Feature to materially mislead a person into believing that an automated or AI-generated interaction is a live human interaction when disclosure is required by applicable law, Textority, or the circumstances.

6.2 Textority disclosures. If Textority displays, attaches, or requires a disclosure that content, a response, an interaction, or an assistant is AI-generated, AI-assisted, automated, or not human, you must not intentionally remove, conceal, falsify, or materially defeat that disclosure in a misleading manner.

6.3 User disclosures. A Creator or other User that deploys AI Features to interact with another person is responsible for providing any additional AI disclosure required by law for that User’s business, occupation, jurisdiction, or use case. A Textority platform disclosure does not necessarily satisfy every independent legal duty of the User.

6.4 Human escalation. If an AI Feature offers a human escalation, handoff, or contact route, you must not falsely represent that escalation as available when it is not. These AI Terms do not promise that every AI Feature includes live human review or an immediate human response.

7. CREATOR CONFIGURATIONS AND AUTOMATED COMMUNICATIONS

7.1 Creator responsibility. A Creator that configures an AI Feature is responsible for the Creator Configuration, the materials supplied to it, the permissions granted to it, and the lawful use of resulting Output and Automated Actions. Textority remains responsible for its own legal obligations and does not transfer those obligations to Creators.

7.2 Testing and supervision. Before using an AI Feature to communicate with End Users or perform recurring workflows, a Creator should reasonably test the configuration for the intended use and review its operation at a level appropriate to the risk. Higher-risk uses require greater human review and control.

7.3 Messaging laws still apply. AI-assisted or automated messages remain subject to the Terms and applicable consent, opt-out, anti-spam, telemarketing, privacy, consumer-protection, sender-identification, and communications rules. AI does not create consent or an exemption from those requirements.

7.4 No fabricated authority. A Creator may not configure an AI Feature to falsely claim that it is a licensed professional, government official, Textority employee, payment provider, law-enforcement officer, emergency responder, or another person or entity that it is not authorized to represent.

7.5 No circumvention. You must not configure, prompt, chain, fine-tune, connect, or otherwise use an AI Feature to bypass Textority safety controls, age restrictions, provider controls, rate limits, content restrictions, verification requirements, or enforcement measures.

8. HIGH-IMPACT AND SENSITIVE DECISIONS

8.1 No unsupported consequential decision-making. Unless Textority expressly enables a feature for a specific legally compliant use, you may not use an AI Feature as the sole or determinative basis for a decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning another person, including decisions concerning employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, access to essential services, or another regulated high-impact context.

8.2 Human responsibility. Where a permitted use involves material decisions about a person, the responsible User must provide the human judgment, notices, review, appeal, data-quality protections, anti-discrimination safeguards, assessments, and other controls required by applicable law and professional obligations.

8.3 Sensitive actions. Textority may require human confirmation, additional verification, restricted permissions, or other safeguards before an AI Feature can perform or initiate actions involving payments, payouts, refunds, identity, account ownership, access control, safety, legal rights, regulated services, or other sensitive functions.

8.4 No unlawful discrimination. You may not use an AI Feature to unlawfully discriminate against a protected person or class, or to evade legal obligations designed to prevent discrimination in a covered decision or service.

9. PROFESSIONAL, REGULATED, AND EMERGENCY USES

9.1 No Textority professional advice. Textority AI does not provide legal, medical, mental-health, financial, tax, accounting, investment, clinical, or other professional advice on behalf of Textority.

9.2 Permitted professional use remains the professional’s responsibility. If Textority permits a Creator to use AI as an assistive tool in connection with a lawful professional service, the Creator remains solely responsible for licensure, supervision, competence, professional judgment, client disclosures, confidentiality, recordkeeping, conflicts, informed consent, and all other professional obligations that apply.

9.3 No circumvention of restricted categories. AI may not be used to provide, simulate, automate, or disguise a product or service that Textority prohibits or requires prior approval to offer, including a regulated service that has not been enabled under the Prohibited Products and Services Policy.

9.4 No emergency reliance. The Services and AI Features are not emergency, crisis-response, suicide-intervention, medical-emergency, or public-safety dispatch services. A person facing immediate danger or an emergency should contact appropriate emergency services or qualified local resources.

10. MINORS AND CHILD SAFETY

10.1 Age rules apply. Access to AI Features is subject to the Terms, Age Eligibility Policy, Child Safety Policy, and any feature-specific age controls. Textority may restrict or disable AI Features for Teen Users or other age groups where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or product design.

10.2 No targeting children under 13. A User may not use an AI Feature to knowingly encourage a child under 13 to create an account, evade age controls, or participate in an interactive service that Textority has not expressly designed and legally approved for that population.

10.3 Exploitation prohibited. AI Features may not be used to sexualize, groom, exploit, coerce, traffic, extort, or endanger a minor; generate or facilitate child sexual abuse material; facilitate sexual solicitation of a minor; create prohibited sexualized synthetic depictions of minors; or defeat guardian or child-safety controls.

10.4 Teen interactions. A Creator or User that is permitted to use AI Features with Teen Users must comply with all applicable guardian, content, communications, purchase, privacy, safety, and feature restrictions and must not use manipulative or exploitative AI interactions to pressure a Teen User into sexual activity, off-platform contact, purchases, disclosure of sensitive information, or another unsafe action.

11. PROHIBITED AND ABUSIVE AI USES

11.1 Same platform rules apply. AI-assisted conduct and AI-generated content are subject to the Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, Community and Content Rules, Child Safety Policy, Non-Consensual Intimate Content Removal Policy, Intellectual Property Policy, and other applicable Textority rules to the same extent as comparable non-AI conduct.

11.2 Prohibited uses. Without limiting those policies, you may not use AI Features to facilitate fraud, scams, phishing, deceptive impersonation, extortion, harassment, stalking, doxxing, non-consensual intimate content, unlawful digital replicas, child exploitation, malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, evasion of sanctions or legal restrictions, counterfeit or fraudulent documents, fabricated evidence, or other unlawful or prohibited activity.

11.3 Manipulation and deception. You may not use AI Features to fabricate material facts, endorsements, reviews, testimonials, identities, records, credentials, transaction evidence, or other information for the purpose of deceiving another person or circumventing Textority, provider, payment, legal, or regulatory controls.

11.4 Safety testing. Authorized security, safety, red-team, research, or quality-testing activity must remain within the scope Textority expressly permits. Permission to use an AI Feature is not permission to attack, probe, exploit, extract restricted data from, or bypass safeguards protecting Textority, an AI Provider, or another person.

12. PRIVACY, DATA USE, AND RETENTION

12.1 Privacy documents control data practices. Personal information and User Content processed in connection with AI Features are handled under the applicable Privacy Policy, AI transparency and data notices, feature-specific disclosures, contractual terms, and law.

12.2 No blanket model-training representation. These AI Terms do not state that Input, Output, or other User Content is always used, never used, or used in a particular manner for model training, model improvement, evaluation, safety, or related purposes. Any material practice concerning those uses is governed by the applicable Textority notice, feature configuration, provider arrangement, setting, or written agreement.

12.3 Retention. Textority does not promise a universal retention period for every AI-related record. Retention of prompts, Inputs, Outputs, configurations, logs, feedback, safety records, and related information is governed by the Privacy Policy, Data Retention and Deletion Policy, feature-specific practices, legal obligations, and operational needs.

12.4 Third-party processing. Where an AI Provider processes information for an enabled feature, its processing is subject to the applicable provider arrangement and any provider terms or notices that legally apply. Textority may change providers or routing where permitted by the Terms and applicable law.

12.5 Privacy and AI rights. If applicable law provides rights concerning profiling, automated decision-making, sensitive data, access, deletion, correction, or another AI-related processing activity, Textority will apply those rights when the legal requirements and thresholds for the relevant processing are met.

13. SECURITY, RELIABILITY, AND TECHNICAL LIMITS

13.1 No perfect reliability. Textority does not guarantee that an AI Feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, available at a particular time, compatible with every Input, or capable of producing a requested Output.

13.2 Prompt and instruction attacks. AI systems may be susceptible to malicious or conflicting instructions, prompt injection, data poisoning, unsafe links, misleading documents, or other attempts to alter behavior. Users remain responsible for reasonable review before relying on AI-generated actions or information.

13.3 Usage controls. Textority may apply usage limits, rate limits, file limits, context limits, safety filters, blocked actions, model restrictions, geographic restrictions, or other controls to protect reliability, security, fairness, provider compliance, legal compliance, or platform integrity. Such limits are operational controls and not permanent entitlements.

13.4 No unsupported security promises. These AI Terms do not represent that AI communications are end-to-end encrypted, that an AI Provider cannot access information, that all AI-related information is isolated from every other system, or that deletion is instantaneous or irreversible.

14. ENFORCEMENT AND FEATURE RESTRICTIONS

14.1 Textority enforcement. Textority may restrict or disable AI Features, Outputs, Automated Actions, connected tools, knowledge sources, or related account capabilities when Textority reasonably believes the action is necessary to enforce these AI Terms or other applicable terms, protect Users or the Services, address fraud, abuse, safety, security, provider requirements, or comply with law.

14.2 Urgent action. Textority may act without advance notice when reasonably necessary to address child safety, imminent harm, fraud, security compromise, non-consensual intimate content, unlawful impersonation, evidence preservation, sanctions, legal process, provider mandates, or another urgent risk.

14.3 No guaranteed restoration. Restriction of an AI Feature does not create a right to restoration, a particular model, or an equivalent replacement feature. Any review or appeal is governed by the Terms and the process Textority makes available for the applicable action.

14.4 Other obligations continue. AI enforcement does not automatically eliminate obligations concerning completed transactions, refunds, chargebacks, payouts, taxes, preservation, privacy rights, intellectual-property complaints, or other matters governed by separate terms or law.

15. DISCLAIMERS, LIABILITY, AND USER OBLIGATIONS

15.1 Terms apply. The warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification provisions, dispute terms, governing-law provisions, and other protections in the Terms apply to AI Features and these AI Terms to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15.2 No separate guarantee. Without limiting the Terms, Textority does not warrant that Output will be accurate, complete, lawful for your intended use, free of third-party rights, acceptable to a regulator or provider, suitable for a professional purpose, or capable of achieving a particular business, financial, legal, health, marketing, safety, or operational result.

15.3 Your downstream use. You are responsible for your decision to rely on, publish, distribute, sell, transmit, or act on Output and for any disclosures, consents, permissions, licenses, reviews, professional involvement, or other safeguards required for that downstream use.

16. CHANGES AND CONTACT

16.1 Prospective changes. Textority may update these AI Terms prospectively in accordance with Section 30 of the Terms. Material changes will be handled using the notice or reacceptance process required by the Terms and applicable law.

16.2 No retroactive reduction of completed rights. A change to these AI Terms does not retroactively reduce rights attached to a completed transaction or paid access period where the governing terms or applicable law prohibit that reduction.

16.3 Questions and reports. Questions about these AI Terms or reports of suspected misuse may be submitted through the contact or reporting routes Textority makes available in its Legal Center.
