TEXTORITY ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Last Updated: September 30, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to textority.com, text.me, text.to, lets.talk, the Textority web platform, and related websites and online services made available by Textority Inc. (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy supplements the Textority Terms of Service, including Section 16, and applies to every User, Creator, Channel, team member, End User, visitor, account, integration, automation, and use of the Services. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
1. PURPOSE, SCOPE, AND RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER TERMS
1.1 Purpose. Textority is designed for lawful communication, content, creator and professional activity, commerce, automation, and related online services. This Policy identifies uses of the Services that are prohibited or restricted to protect Users, third parties, Textority, service providers, and the integrity of the Services.
1.2 Additional Terms. This Policy is an Additional Term under the Terms of Service and governs its specific acceptable-use subject matter. The Terms of Service continue to apply in full.
1.3 Related policies. The Prohibited Products and Services Policy governs whether a product, service, transaction, fundraising activity, professional category, or other commercial offering may be promoted, sold, booked, funded, or delivered through Textority. Community and Content Rules may impose additional standards on public or community-facing content and conduct. Messaging, AI, privacy, intellectual-property, payment, and regional terms may also apply to their specific subject matter.
1.4 Mandatory law. Nothing in this Policy authorizes conduct that applicable law prohibits or restricts. A use may violate this Policy even if the conduct is not independently illegal.
1.5 Examples. Examples in this Policy illustrate prohibited or restricted conduct and are not exhaustive. Textority may address materially similar conduct that creates substantially the same legal, safety, security, fraud, abuse, or platform-integrity risk, subject to the Terms of Service and applicable law.
1.6 No enablement by mention. Mentioning a feature, activity, category, country, integration, or technical method in this Policy does not mean that Textority currently supports or enables it.
2. CORE ACCEPTABLE-USE RULE
2.1 General rule. You may not use the Services to do, facilitate, request, fund, promote, coordinate, conceal, or materially assist conduct that violates this Policy, the Terms of Service, applicable Additional Terms, or applicable law.
2.2 Direct and indirect conduct. A User may not evade this Policy by using links, redirects, coded language, external files, payment descriptions, third-party accounts, automations, artificial intelligence, intermediaries, or off-platform steps when the material purpose is to facilitate prohibited conduct through or in connection with the Services.
2.3 Assistance and attempts. Attempts, solicitation, coordination, instructions, tooling, financing, or knowing material assistance may violate this Policy even if the prohibited objective is not completed.
2.4 Legitimate context. Educational, documentary, journalistic, historical, scientific, prevention, reporting, or safety-related discussion of harmful activity is not prohibited solely because it references that activity. Context does not protect content or conduct that itself materially facilitates abuse, exploitation, fraud, violence, unlawful access, or another prohibited use.
3. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, SANCTIONS, AND EVASION
3.1 Illegal conduct. You may not use the Services to violate, evade, or materially assist the violation of applicable criminal, civil, regulatory, sanctions, export-control, court-order, or other legally binding restrictions.
3.2 Criminal enterprises. You may not use the Services to organize, promote, recruit for, finance, conceal, or materially assist trafficking, extortion, kidnapping, money laundering, organized fraud, violent criminal activity, terrorism, or other unlawful enterprises.
3.3 Sanctions and prohibited parties. You may not use the Services to transact with, provide prohibited services to, route value for, or conceal the involvement of a person, entity, territory, or activity where doing so would cause Textority or a service provider to violate applicable sanctions or trade restrictions.
3.4 Evasion. You may not create or use accounts, Channels, identities, domains, payment methods, devices, proxies, integrations, or other means primarily to evade a legal restriction, Textority enforcement action, provider restriction, verification requirement, payment restriction, or safety control.
4. CHILD SAFETY AND SEXUAL EXPLOITATION
4.1 Zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation. You may not create, upload, possess, solicit, distribute, sell, link to, request, promote, facilitate, or materially assist child sexual abuse material or the sexual exploitation of a minor.
4.2 Grooming and enticement. You may not use the Services to groom, entice, coerce, manipulate, recruit, traffic, blackmail, sextort, or arrange sexual contact with a minor, or to encourage a minor to create or share sexual material.
4.3 Sexualization of minors. Sexual content involving minors, including sexualized imagery, sexual roleplay, exploitative synthetic media, or content that meaningfully facilitates sexual abuse of minors, is prohibited regardless of whether money changes hands.
4.4 Age-control circumvention. You may not instruct a minor to falsify age, evade guardian requirements, use another person’s account, or bypass Textority age or safety controls.
4.5 Reporting illegal material. If you encounter suspected child sexual exploitation material, use an appropriate reporting route. Do not download, copy, redistribute, retain, or investigate illegal material beyond what is lawful and reasonably necessary to report it.
4.6 Textority legal duties. Where applicable law imposes reporting, preservation, or cooperation duties on Textority after Textority obtains the legally relevant knowledge, Textority will perform those duties. This Policy does not represent that Textority continuously monitors every communication or item of User Content.
5. NON-CONSENSUAL INTIMATE CONTENT AND SEXUAL ABUSE
5.1 Non-consensual intimate imagery. You may not create, upload, distribute, threaten to distribute, solicit, sell, link to, or facilitate intimate images or recordings shared without the depicted person’s consent where prohibited by this Policy or applicable law.
5.2 Digital forgeries. Prohibited conduct includes covered sexual deepfakes, synthetic intimate imagery, face-swaps, or other digitally altered intimate material depicting an identifiable person without lawful consent.
5.3 Sextortion and coercion. You may not use actual, threatened, altered, or fabricated intimate material to extort, coerce, harass, silence, obtain money, obtain additional sexual material, or control another person.
5.4 Specialized removal process. Textority may maintain a specialized process for legally covered intimate-content removal requests. Users must not re-upload, mirror, redirect to, or facilitate known copies that Textority has lawfully removed or restricted.
6. THREATS, HARASSMENT, DOXXING, AND ABUSE
6.1 Threats and violence. You may not use the Services to make credible threats of violence, coordinate targeted violence, solicit violence-for-hire, or materially facilitate imminent physical harm.
6.2 Harassment and stalking. You may not use the Services to stalk, repeatedly harass, intimidate, terrorize, or target a person in a manner that creates a material safety risk or violates applicable law.
6.3 Extortion and coercion. You may not use threats, private information, account access, intimate material, financial leverage, or other coercive means to obtain money, property, services, sexual material, access, silence, or another benefit unlawfully.
6.4 Doxxing and private information. You may not publish, solicit, trade, or weaponize another person’s non-public personal information for harassment, intimidation, identity theft, fraud, or physical harm.
6.5 Unlawful discrimination. You may not use the Services to engage in unlawful discrimination or to facilitate conduct prohibited by applicable civil-rights or anti-discrimination law.
6.6 Good-faith criticism. This Policy does not prohibit lawful criticism, disagreement, consumer complaints, reporting, satire, commentary, or other protected expression merely because it is negative or unwelcome. Context, targeting, repetition, threats, private-information abuse, and safety risk may affect enforcement.
7. FRAUD, DECEPTION, IMPERSONATION, AND PAYMENT ABUSE
7.1 Fraud and scams. You may not use the Services for scams, phishing, advance-fee schemes, romance scams, employment scams, fraudulent fundraising, false investment schemes, account takeovers, identity theft, or other deceptive conduct intended to obtain money, credentials, property, data, or services unlawfully or dishonestly.
7.2 Impersonation. You may not impersonate or misleadingly suggest affiliation with another person, Creator, brand, professional, institution, government authority, payment provider, Textority, or other entity in a manner likely to deceive or cause harm.
7.3 False credentials. You may not fabricate or materially misrepresent licenses, professional qualifications, identity documents, business status, affiliations, certifications, approvals, verification status, or account authority.
7.4 Payment abuse. You may not engage in transaction laundering, stolen-payment use, card testing, refund abuse, chargeback fraud, payment manipulation, payout fraud, false transaction descriptions, or attempts to disguise the true nature of a transaction.
7.5 Report and support abuse. You may not knowingly submit materially false reports, forged evidence, fabricated legal demands, abusive support requests, or deceptive complaints for the purpose of manipulating Textority into harming another User. This restriction does not penalize a good-faith report that is ultimately unsubstantiated or mistaken.
8. PRIVACY, CONFIDENTIALITY, AND DATA ABUSE
8.1 Unauthorized personal-data use. You may not obtain, access, compile, sell, disclose, misuse, or process personal information through the Services in violation of applicable law, another person’s rights, or applicable Textority terms.
8.2 Credentials and secrets. You may not solicit, collect, expose, sell, or misuse passwords, authentication codes, API secrets, payment credentials, private keys, recovery codes, or other security credentials without lawful authorization.
8.3 Confidential information. You may not knowingly disclose or exploit another person’s confidential, privileged, trade-secret, or legally protected information without authorization or another lawful basis.
8.4 Contact information. You may not use purchased, scraped, harvested, stolen, or unlawfully obtained contact information to send communications that are not legally permitted or that violate applicable messaging terms.
8.5 Privacy-right interference. You may not obstruct, retaliate against, falsify, or manipulate another person’s lawful privacy request, consent preference, opt-out, unsubscribe, deletion request, or other legally protected data choice.
9. SECURITY, MALWARE, AND UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS
9.1 Unauthorized access. You may not access or attempt to access an account, system, network, device, API, data set, message, file, or administrative function without authorization or beyond the scope of authorization granted to you.
9.2 Malware and harmful code. You may not upload, distribute, execute, link to, or facilitate malware, ransomware, spyware, credential-stealing software, destructive code, botnets, exploit kits, or other code primarily designed to compromise or damage devices, systems, networks, accounts, or data.
9.3 Service interference. You may not conduct denial-of-service activity, traffic flooding, resource exhaustion, abusive automation, mass account creation, or other conduct intended to degrade, overload, disable, or interfere with the Services or another person’s use of them.
9.4 Security-control evasion. You may not bypass rate limits, authentication, access controls, verification, abuse controls, bot protections, payment controls, safety restrictions, or technical measures designed to protect the Services or Users.
9.5 Vulnerability testing. You may not scan, probe, exploit, or test Textority systems for vulnerabilities without written authorization or a Textority vulnerability-disclosure or security-research program that expressly permits the activity and defines its scope. Nothing in this Policy restricts security research to the extent a contractual restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
9.6 Credential stuffing and automated attacks. Credential stuffing, password spraying, brute-force login attempts, automated account takeover, and similar attacks are prohibited.
10. SCRAPING, AUTOMATION, AND RESOURCE ABUSE
10.1 Unauthorized scraping. You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, index, or extract data from the Services in violation of law, access controls, robots instructions, technical restrictions, or the Terms of Service.
10.2 Circumventing technical limits. You may not use multiple accounts, rotating identifiers, proxies, automation, or other techniques to evade published or technically enforced usage limits, rate limits, access restrictions, or anti-abuse measures.
10.3 Abusive bots. You may not operate bots, agents, scripts, crawlers, or automations that materially interfere with the Services, create deceptive activity, impersonate Users, generate spam, manipulate metrics, or access data without authorization.
10.4 Legitimate integrations. Use of an API, integration, export, automation, or other technical interface that Textority expressly authorizes remains subject to its applicable limits, permissions, and developer or integration terms.
11. SPAM, MESSAGING, AND COMMUNICATION ABUSE
11.1 Unsolicited communications. You may not use the Services to send spam, unlawful commercial messages, bulk harassment, or messages sent without consent where applicable law or the communication channel requires consent.
11.2 Harvested lists. You may not use unlawfully obtained, purchased, scraped, or harvested lists to contact recipients in violation of law or applicable Textority rules.
11.3 Sender deception. You may not falsify or conceal sender identity, routing information, subject matter, or the commercial nature of a communication where disclosure is required or where the concealment is materially deceptive.
11.4 Opt-outs. You may not intentionally defeat or ignore valid unsubscribe, opt-out, revocation, block, suppression, or do-not-contact requests where they must be honored.
11.5 Automated communications. Automation and AI do not excuse compliance with applicable consent, identification, frequency, content, or opt-out requirements. Additional Messaging and Automation Terms may apply when Textority publishes them.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND OTHER RIGHTS
12.1 Required rights. You may not upload, publish, sell, transmit, deliver, or otherwise use content through the Services unless you have the rights, permissions, licenses, consents, or lawful basis required for that use.
12.2 Infringement. You may not knowingly infringe or misappropriate copyright, trademark, patent, trade-secret, publicity, privacy, database, or other protected rights.
12.3 Counterfeit activity. You may not use the Services to promote, authenticate falsely, sell, distribute, or facilitate counterfeit goods, forged documents, fake credentials, or other unauthorized items where prohibited by law or Textority policy.
12.4 Lawful exceptions preserved. Nothing in this Policy prohibits lawful fair use, criticism, commentary, parody, quotation, nominative use, interoperability, or another use protected or permitted by applicable law.
12.5 Specialized IP processes. Copyright, trademark, counterfeit, and impersonation complaints may be subject to specialized Textority reporting processes. Knowingly false infringement notices or counter-notices may themselves violate this Policy or applicable law.
13. TEXTORITY AI AND AUTOMATION
13.1 No prohibited-use bypass. You may not use Textority AI, prompts, uploaded knowledge, automations, agents, generated content, or other automated features to create, facilitate, conceal, scale, or materially assist conduct prohibited by this Policy.
13.2 Deceptive identity and synthetic content. You may not use AI or automation to impersonate another person deceptively, create fraudulent credentials or evidence, generate prohibited intimate imagery, facilitate scams, or create synthetic material that violates another person’s rights.
13.3 Security misuse. You may not use AI features to automate credential theft, malware deployment, unauthorized access, evasion of safeguards, abusive scraping, or attacks on Textority or third-party systems.
13.4 Human responsibility. A Creator or User that configures, publishes, sends, or relies on AI-assisted output remains responsible for ensuring that the use complies with this Policy and applicable law. Textority AI may produce inaccurate or unsuitable output and must not be treated as a substitute for legally required human judgment or professional responsibility.
13.5 Future AI terms. Textority may publish Textority AI Additional Terms, transparency notices, or feature-specific rules that supplement this Policy for AI use.
14. PLATFORM INTEGRITY, IDENTIFIERS, AND ENFORCEMENT EVASION
14.1 Account integrity. You may not create fake accounts, use false verification information, share credentials to defeat permissions, or obtain accounts primarily to facilitate abuse, fraud, ban evasion, or prohibited activity.
14.2 Usernames and Channels. You may not use a username, handle, Channel, personalized URL, listing, or profile to impersonate, infringe, deceive, extort, squat primarily for resale, or evade a Textority restriction.
14.3 Enforcement evasion. If Textority suspends, restricts, removes, or terminates an account, Channel, feature, transaction, or content for a material policy violation, you may not knowingly use another account or person to continue the same prohibited conduct or defeat the enforcement action.
14.4 Manipulation. You may not fabricate engagement, reviews, followers, transactions, referrals, support cases, verification signals, or other platform metrics or signals in a deceptive manner.
14.5 No retaliation. You may not retaliate against a person for making a good-faith report, exercising a privacy or consumer right, reporting suspected unlawful conduct, or cooperating with a legitimate investigation.
15. PROHIBITED PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY
15.1 Separate commerce policy. The Textority Prohibited Products and Services Policy governs whether a Creator Offering, commercial category, service, fundraising activity, transaction, or other commerce-related activity is Prohibited, Restricted, or Conditionally Permitted.
15.2 No circumvention by relabeling. You may not disguise a prohibited or restricted commercial activity as coaching, consulting, education, digital content, a membership, donation, community, booking, or another category to avoid Textority or payment-provider restrictions.
15.3 External links and delivery. You may not use Textority merely as a discovery, payment, messaging, or routing layer for a transaction that the Prohibited Products and Services Policy forbids Textority to facilitate.
15.4 Provider restrictions. A payment, communications, hosting, infrastructure, or other provider may impose restrictions that Textority must enforce even when an activity is otherwise lawful.
16. MINORS, AGE CONTROLS, AND GUARDIAN REQUIREMENTS
16.1 Adult-only roles. You may not permit a person who is not legally eligible under the Terms of Service to own or control a Channel, sell Creator Offerings, receive payouts, or hold an adult-only administrative role.
16.2 Children under 13. You may not knowingly direct an interactive Channel or Creator Offering to children under 13, encourage a child under 13 to create an account, or knowingly continue an account-based interactive relationship after learning that the User is under 13, except through a Textority process expressly designed and legally approved for that population.
16.3 Teen Users. Where Textority permits Teen Users, you must comply with applicable guardian, age, category, communication, purchase, content, AI, and safety restrictions.
16.4 No exploitation of guardian controls. You may not falsify guardianship, obtain sham consent, pressure a minor to conceal activity from a guardian, or use another person’s identity to satisfy an age or guardian requirement.
17. SAFETY, SELF-HARM, AND DANGEROUS CONDUCT
17.1 Material facilitation of harm. You may not use the Services to encourage, coordinate, instruct, or materially facilitate suicide, self-harm, dangerous starvation or purging, violent challenges, or imminent physical harm where the conduct is prohibited by the Prohibited Products and Services Policy, Community and Content Rules, or applicable law.
17.2 Emergency misrepresentation. You may not represent Textority, Textority AI, or a Creator Channel as an emergency-response system, crisis-monitoring service, or guaranteed safety service unless Textority has expressly enabled and legally approved that functionality.
17.3 Prevention and support content. Good-faith prevention resources, recovery discussion, public-health information, news, education, and non-clinical support are not prohibited solely because they discuss self-harm or other dangerous subjects. Separate category or professional-service restrictions may still apply.
18. OFF-PLATFORM CONDUCT CONNECTED TO TEXTORITY
18.1 Limited connection. Textority does not claim authority over a User’s unrelated lawful off-platform activity merely because the person uses Textority.
18.2 Connected conduct. Textority may consider off-platform conduct when it is materially connected to use of the Services, including fraud involving a Textority transaction, threats against a Textority User arising from a Channel interaction, evasion of Textority enforcement, unlawful delivery of a Textority Creator Offering, misuse of Textority data, or conduct that creates a concrete safety or legal risk to the Services or Users.
18.3 Proportionate response. Any enforcement based materially on off-platform conduct should be reasonably related to the identified Textority risk and applied subject to the Terms of Service and applicable law.
19. REPORTING, INVESTIGATION, AND COOPERATION
19.1 Reporting routes. A User or other affected person may report suspected prohibited, illegal, unsafe, infringing, fraudulent, or abusive conduct through textority.com/legal/report or another reporting or support route Textority makes available.
19.2 Specialized reports. Copyright notices, non-consensual intimate imagery requests, child-safety matters, privacy complaints, and other legally specialized reports may be handled through the process identified in the Legal Center or applicable Textority policy.
19.3 Information requests. Textority may request information reasonably necessary to evaluate a report, authenticate a reporter where appropriate, understand the context, preserve evidence, or comply with law. Textority will not require a reporter to possess, download, or redistribute illegal material merely to substantiate a report.
19.4 Cooperation. Users must not obstruct a lawful Textority safety, fraud, security, infringement, or compliance review relating to their account or Channel and must not destroy, falsify, or manipulate evidence after receiving a lawful preservation or cooperation request.
19.5 Confidentiality of enforcement information. Textority may limit disclosure of investigative methods, reports, evidence, reporter identities, security information, or legal-request details where disclosure would violate law, compromise safety or security, reveal another person’s information, or undermine enforcement.
20. ENFORCEMENT
20.1 Available actions. Subject to the Terms of Service and applicable law, Textority may warn a User; remove, restrict, label, or disable content; block links or communications; limit features; require verification; block or reverse unsupported transactions where permitted; restrict payouts where permitted; suspend or terminate an account or Channel; preserve evidence; or take another proportionate action reasonably necessary to address a violation.
20.2 Factors. Textority may consider severity, immediacy of harm, intent, context, repetition, prior enforcement, evasion, impact on Users, legal requirements, provider requirements, payment risk, and whether a less restrictive measure would reasonably address the risk.
20.3 Urgent action. Textority may act without advance notice where reasonably necessary to address imminent harm, child safety, fraud, security compromise, sanctions, legal requirements, evidence preservation, provider mandates, or other urgent risk.
20.4 Existing obligations. Enforcement does not automatically eliminate obligations relating to completed purchases, purchased access, refunds, chargebacks, payouts, taxes, legal holds, or mandatory consumer rights.
20.5 Repeat or severe violations. Repeated violations, severe abuse, child exploitation, material fraud, security attacks, enforcement evasion, or other high-risk conduct may result in account or Channel termination and restriction of future use as permitted by law.
20.6 No general monitoring promise. Textority does not represent that it continuously reviews all User Content or private communications. Textority may use reports, human review, automated systems, metadata, provider signals, or other lawful methods to identify and address violations.
21. APPEALS AND GOOD-FAITH REPORTING
21.1 Appeals. Where Textority makes an appeal or review process available for a particular enforcement action, the User may submit an appeal through the route identified in the enforcement notice or Legal Center. An appeal does not automatically restore content, access, transactions, payments, payouts, or an account.
21.2 Limits. Textority may limit repetitive, abusive, fraudulent, procedurally ineligible, or previously resolved appeals, and may decline restoration where law, sanctions, provider requirements, child safety, security, or urgent risk prevents it.
21.3 No punishment for good-faith reports. A User does not violate this Policy merely because a good-faith report is not substantiated. Knowingly fabricated reports or deliberate abuse of reporting mechanisms may violate Section 7.5.
21.4 Mandatory rights. An internal appeal process does not replace or limit any non-waivable legal right to report conduct to law enforcement, a regulator, a court, a payment provider, or another competent authority.
22. CHANGES AND ORDER OF PRECEDENCE
22.1 Prospective changes. Textority may update this Policy prospectively in accordance with Section 30 of the Terms of Service.
22.2 Material changes. Textority will provide reasonable notice of a material change where applicable law or the nature of the change requires advance notice and will request affirmative reacceptance where required.
22.3 Order of precedence. The order-of-precedence rules in Section 30.5 of the Terms of Service apply. For acceptable-use matters, this Policy supplements Section 16 of the Terms of Service. The Prohibited Products and Services Policy controls its specific commerce-category classifications, and mandatory law controls where it cannot be varied by agreement.
22.4 No retroactive punishment. A later policy change does not by itself convert previously permitted conduct into a past violation. Textority may, however, require future conduct or continued use of the Services to comply with the updated Policy, subject to applicable law and required notice.
